About this property

Slope side Stratton Condo - fully equipped and perfect for families

With four bedrooms and four baths, this condo is great for a large family or two families traveling together. Each bedroom is on a different level offering privacy. The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area and large living room with access to our patio. The lower level has a large bunkroom and full bathroom with access to our back patio and hot tub.

Our condo is located in the Treetop community allowing for skiers to ski in and out. We find it easier to ski home and recommend the shuttle to take you to the base. However, skiing to the lift is possible!

Stratton is also beautiful in the fall and great for hiking and golf.

We recommend this condo for families, couples, responsible golf groups, and would consider pets.

Family ski trip

We were six adults and two kids so the layout of the condo was great! We cooked in most nights and the kitchen supplies were fine. I guess skiing in and out is possible but we ended up driving to the mountain each day. If anyone has an allergy to dog dander I wouldn't recommend this condo. Was a fun family vacation and everyone enjoyed Stratton.

Great Family Winter Getaway

Our extended family had a blast getting together and enjoying some winter activities. The unit was located very close to the mountain and the responsive and friendly shuttle driver made it easy to get me and my young kids over to the mountain. I was also able to hop right on the trails and take a few runs on my own, right from the complex. The unit also had a great set up, with everyone having their own space, yet being close enough to be a part of everything. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and our dog enjoyed jumping in the snow. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and we'd definitely stay again in the future.

Our family took up skiing a few winters ago and now love visiting Stratton as much as we can. We are busy with three boys so we can't make it up to the Vermont condo as much as we'd like so we're looking for nice families to use it when we can't. We have rented a lot of properties ourselves and know the drill and expect our visitors to care for our home as we would.

Why they chose this property

Beechwood is great because you're close to the mountain and also walking distance to Stratton Village. There is a great walking/hiking path right off our patio that can take you into town. There is also an easy way to ski home from Route 91 to Treetop Way and then through a short path to our driveway. I can email details! You could also hike to Home Run and then ski to Tamarack Lift if you're more adventurous. The Shuttle is so simple, that I would recommend this to get to the lift.

What makes this property unique

The set up of our home is cozy but offers plenty of space for two families or one that wants to spread out. There is privacy/alone time with each bedroom on a separate floor with it's own bath, but communal living and dining space as well. There is a new hot tub on the back patio as well as a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
