I’m sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your stay. I always strive to respond promptly to guest requests and address any issues as quickly as possible. During this stay, the toilet was reported as broken at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, and I arranged to have it repaired that same day by approximately 5:00 p.m. I also approved an additional vehicle pass on Friday as requested. No other issues were brought to my attention during the week. Unfortunately, after checkout, the home required significant additional cleaning as well as linens that required replacement, and the microwave was found cracked. I respect that every guest has their own expectations, but I do want future guests to have an accurate picture of the circumstances surrounding this stay. I remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained home and responding promptly when issues arise.
