Amazing 2bd/2ba condo! Custom updates, stellar amenities and prime location!

Wonderful 1st floor (no stairs!) condo in the Meadow Ridge community! Minutes to Winter Park and the Fraser Valley. This is not your typical rental unit. Professionally renovated with unique features and cozy comforts. Beautiful and functional kitchen. Open floor plan with dining for six and a spacious living room. Comfortable sectional couch with built-in pull out bed. Wood burning fireplace, updated cove heaters and luxurious radiant floor heating throughout condo. Full size washer and dryer in unit, too! Bathrooms are brand new with heated floors and towel racks to stay cozy during the cold, winter months. Master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom can sleep four with bunks and a queen bed. Covered patio with grill and an outdoor ski locker.

Quiet neighborhood, yet only 100 yards from the Meadow Ridge clubhouse, with access to a shared heated pool, multiple hot tubs, steam room, basketball, tennis, racquetball, fitness area and much more! Avoid having to park at the slopes, with the FREE Lift shuttle bus taking you to Winter Park. Grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife just a few minutes away. Biking and hiking trails nearby, easy access to Lake Granby and Rocky Mountain National Park, too. There's something for everyone at this year-round destination!

A perfect location in the heart of the Fraser Valley! A quiet community, but still only minutes away from Winter Park, Fraser and Granby. Not far from Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and much more! Year round activities include skiing/boarding, hiking, biking and water sports. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and nightlife are just down the road. Our family condo is completely renovated and will comfortably sleep up to six people. Part of the Meadow Ridge neighborhood, all guests will have full access to the clubhouse that is within walking distance. This amenity filled clubhouse has a year round outdoor pool, two hot tubs, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, fitness center, steam room, and much more! Trails abound in every direction right outside the condo for hiking, biking, snowshoeing and exploring. Views of Winter Park ski area are off to your southwest!
