4 bedroom villa renovated in 2024, heated swimming pool.
Superb view of the Maures massif. Located 5 minutes walk from the city center.

Family villa of 160 m2 on 2 levels, fully air-conditioned, large semi-covered terrace of 50 m2, 8x4 swimming pool heated except July and August, facing south-east. The swimming pool is secured by a removable barrier.

On the ground floor, large living room / lounge with fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom (bed 160) and a dressing room, a bathroom (walk-in shower and 2 sinks), WC.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and large closet, one with 2 twin beds of 90 that can be transformed into a 180 bed and closet and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds or 4 beds of 90. A bathroom with shower and 2 sinks, WC and linen room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron and a sink on a worktop that can accommodate a changing mat. The house is equipped with 2 baby travel cots, a baby bath and a changing mat. Wifi, TV, 4 parking spaces.
The outdoor terrace is equipped with an electric plancha. The outdoor area includes a kiosk with garden furniture and deckchairs.

Absolutely loved the stay. There were 10 of us in the house for a quiet family get away and we had a fantastic time. The village is lovely with lots to explore and enjoy. Totally recommended.

Résidence idéale pour découvrir le Var ainsi que la côte d'Azur. Mais aussi, pour simplement se prélasser, profiter de la terrasse, de la piscine ainsi que de la vue spectaculaire sur le massif des Maures. Nombreux attraits en 10 et 45 minutes d'automobile. Nous avons bien été accueillis par l’hôte.Je recommande sans hésitation cette villa.

Une très belle location

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans cette villa qui est tres bien aménagé, propre et bien équipé. L'extérieur avec sa piscine et son lounge etait superbe. Je recommande.
