City in the listing address is wrong this is not in Maggie valley. Also everywhere you look there are signs that say if you do this, this is the fine with a dollar amount associated with it. This one that finally did me in was fine for if you didn’t take the trash to the dump. We hope we don’t get fined because the we checked out on a Sunday and the dump was closed.

Had you read the listing before booking you would have clearly seen this in the listing: You are located 15 minutes outside of Maggie Valley in the Fines Creek community. You are 20 minutes to Waynesville and 30-40 minutes to Asheville. You are 15 minutes from Maggie Valley in the little farming community of "Fines Creek" on Max Patch Rd., Clyde. Had you also read the housekeeping rules you would have clearly seen this in the rules: Make prior arrangements with owner if checking out on a Sunday or Holiday Which I would have told you to take what you could the day before and you could leave 1 bag tied up in the kitchen for housekeeping to take. Of which you did neither. The sign for keeping a deposit is for those that do not read what you are to do when checking out, as well as common sense things like not signing out of the YouTubeTV, turning off the pilot light for the fireplace, etc. I did not charge you a deposit for leaving the garbage or not being able to read where the cabin is located. Thank you.

Great price. We didn't realize how far it was to everything we wanted to do. But if you planning on doing all the cooking and just hang out, its great. Our plan was to do some fishing in Cherokee and it was an hour away. Nice place though.

Thank you! Yes, we are on the opposite end of Maggie Valley (15 minutes away) from the Cherokee side. There are some great restaurants a few miles from the cabin we love too. But we enjoy cooking our meals and sitting on the back deck listening to the creek.

Cabin was very nice and clean. Host was very nice and great communication. Nothing to complain about. Did not use due to the weather but has a hot tub and grill. The creek was nice. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, be aware that Google maps doesn't know it sits on the old road, cool stream along the side, hot tub was nice, kitchen is well equipped, just check to see what you need before heading to the store, beds were firm but okay for a vacation

Loved the stay. Cabin was exactly what we needed for our stay. Loved the little creek and waterfall behind the house. Hot tub was very nice after walking and exploring all day. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We loved being able to hear the water it was very peaceful. My husband & son enjoyed the hot tub. We had to take up the beautiful rugs in master bedroom , due to they would slip very easy.The one at the front door would slid also . Could make you fall, something needed to help them not slid. The oven needed cleaning & the toaster oven need cleaning. The rest was very good. Handicap bar would be good to help step out of master bathroom shower. It was a nice place just needs a little touch up. Very nice country home.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for what we were wanting. Very clean and comfortable environment. We had enjoyed sitting and watching the “waterfall” in the evenings while enjoying our coffee. We even got in the creek and had the most fun wading around and just relaxing. We had a little trouble the first night with the hot tub breaker, but Kathy responded immediately when I messaged her, and as promised had the service man come out first thing in the morning and had it fixed before we got back from exploring the area. Our family would definitely stay here again.
