Bonita Springs Renovated Condo- Close To Bonita Beach! -

Seasonal rental for winter 2024-2025 available! 4 month minimum. Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo in the gated neighborhood of Spanish Wells.. This condo is in the process of being fully decorated, pictures will be updated as needed.
This condo has a screened-in lanai that has a view of the lake, reserved parking, plenty of guest parking, and right down the street from the some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. There is a community pool within walking distance and clubhouse with a restaurant and golf course privileges with a fee.
This 2100 square foot condo is furnished in a transitional style with all brand new towels, bed linens, and kitchenware. There are 2 large screen flat screen TV's and comfortable seating. Wireless internet and cable TV is included. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as an outdoor storage closet for "beach gear". Everything you need to make yourself at home is provided.
This unit is available monthly in the off-season, but 4 month minimum is required 12/24-3/25. There is an application required by the HOA and a $100 application fee. We cannot approve your rental until the HOA approves your application. It is usually a 3-4 day process.

A terrific getaway from the cold North East Winter

We were plesantly surprized by the condo, it was nicely furnished, spacious and very well equipped for our 3 month stay. We converted one of the bed rooms to a very effective office space. The facility is very quiet and has adequate high speed internet. Enjoyed many an evening either going for walks in the neighbourhood or just enjyoing beverages overlooking the pond from the well furnished lanai. The community is surrounged by restaurants and only a few miles from a number of beaches. Our favourite was shelling at Sanibel island and sunsets at the Bonita Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location, found the host very responsive to the few questions we had and definitely plan on visiting the same community and this particular facility.
