Charming architectural designed carriage house on 5 acre estate in beautiful Hansville, Wa. As you enter this unit you will be welcomed to 12 ft. soaring ceilings filled with abundant light. Generously sized open kitchen and great room with an inviting fireplace. A large dining room table that seats six, additional two seating over the separate gourmet island, allows you or your guests to interact with the cook. This gourmet kitchen offers a stainless steel double oven, full size stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and cooktop.
Accommodations: This home sleeps four in two bedrooms (one king, one with two twin beds) with one bath. The king bedroom has a pillow-top mattress, 12 ft. ceiling with large window and views of the amazing gardens. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with memory foam mattresses, 12 ft. ceiling, separate desk and large window with views of the large back deck and beautiful white picket-fenced yard.
The bathroom encompasses a separate jetted bathtub, separate tiled shower and elegantly tiled floors with soaring ceiling.
In addition, there is a stackable washer/dryer for your use.
The home also features beautiful hardwood floors throughout. This unit offers exceptional light from all four sides. You get the beautiful sunrises from the kitchen and beautiful sunsets from the back deck with wrought iron table, four chairs and umbrella.
Entertainment: A generously sized 70 inch flatscreen smart TV and DVD player (including a large selection of DVDs) and beautiful woodburning fireplace awaits you.
Outdoor Spaces: Beautiful 14X16 ft. deck provides private backyard tree-lined setting. A propane grill and ample seating invites you gaze at the passing eagles or stargazing after dark.
Hit the numerous beaches: Within easy walking distance to Norwegian Point Park Beach, a five-minute drive to Point No Point Park beach and lighthouse with its spectacular sandy beach made for walking, clam digging, salmon fishing (in season) or building driftwood forts. You may also hit the Nature Conservatory located two miles west. Wonder down the one-half mile wooded trail to beach on Hood Canal. Enjoy the beautiful Olympic Mountain views and birdwatching along the marsh. In addition you can venture to the Greenway trails, Buck Lake park or grab a kayak at Port Gamble.
