BUILDING AND AREA
- The building is right on main street in Downtown Winter Park, very easy to find and get to
- Keyless entry to the building and condo
- One dedicated, covered parking spot is included and additional uncovered parking spots are available around the building.
- The free Winter Park Shuttle called The Lift, has a stop right outside the building. This can take you to the other side of town or to the ski resort.
- You can hear road noise from the primary bedroom (with the bunk beds). Just a heads up if you're sensitive to noise while you sleep.

ITEMS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING
- The primary bedroom (with the bunk beds) is on the road so you may hear some road noise in the morning. The windows are double paned and provide good insulation. There is also a noise machine in the room if the road noise is too much for you.
- I do have my dog in the unit occasionally. The unit is always thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed with a specialty vacuum. However, if you are very sensitive to dog hair and dander it may trigger your allergies.

Great weekend in Winter Park

Nice place - shows better in the photos, but overall we really enjoyed the accommodations. One of the bedrooms is very dark with no window. The mattresses and pillows need an upgrade and pillow covers under the pillowcases that are also washed prior to each guest arrival would be nice. Many positives though. Bathrooms had soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, and hairdryers. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the assortment of teas and condiments. The home has a Keurig and coffee maker but was not stocked with K-cups or coffee. Washer and dryer with detergent was a nice bonus! The unit overlooks the Main Street so it can be a bit loud and we heard footsteps overhead in the morning and evening - but neither were dealbreakers. Communication w the owner/property manager was great. Close to everything. We had a great time skiing at Winter Park - thanks!

Great Winter Park condo

The condo was very comfortable, well furnished, with an awesome kitchen, and it was (almost perfect) for our family ski trip to Winter Park. The covered parking space and the easy access to the ski shuttle was also fantastic! A few small things, however, would have made the experience for guests at the property better. The owner needs to provide more detailed instructions on entering the building. We spent about 20 minutes trying to figure it out. The condo unit entry door has a coded lock keypad. The condo unit is located on the second floor of this grey 2-story building, and one can access the second floor by using an elevator on the ground floor (located on the opposite side from the parking lot entrance). One door to this elevator is on the front of the building and 1 door is on the back). However, both doors aren't always kept unlocked. The binder at the condo with informational stuff is in need of updating. (For example, it references different colored keys to be used for different purposes, but some colors of keys mentioned aren't actually there). The binder also references an outdated App to download for the shuttle system, but that App has since been replaced by the "Lift" app. Lift is the name of the shuttle. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper available and a bathroom soap dispenser was empty upon arrival in one bathroom. The devil is in the details. I probably would have given this place 5 stars if it we had just one more roll of TP!

4 Days of skiing

The property is conveniently located to skiing a d food in the evenings. The space is modern, clean, and well designed for a condo. We fully enjoyed our stay.
