Very beautiful villa, in a quiet area of Boulouris, close to the beaches and 5 minutes from Saint Raphael down town.
Villa of 200m2, nicely renovated in 2024, a large swiming pool of 12/4,5m. A beautiful and very welcoming summer lounge, and deck chairs, making your stay very pleasant.
The living room and the diner room , overlooking the swiming pool, are cosy and warm (large TV and stereo).
The bedroom on the ground floor, also on the pool side, whose bed is 180/200cm, with TV, shower and toilets.
Upstairs, four air conditionned bedrooms, tastefully decorated, and in differents styles,( Romantic, Bali, Marine), bathroom with toilets, an other shower, and separated toilets. Three beds in 160/200 cm, and two beds in 90/190cm, all bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe.
The villa is fully air conditionned, with independent controls.
All shops (grocery, baker, butcher, and so), are 600m from the house, as well as Boulouris train station.
Magnificient Turtle beach , and its restaurants. There are many others beaches in the nearby area, Agay, Antheor and its coves, Saint Raphael, ....Great choice of beaches restaurants and others...
The superb Esterel Massif , classified Natura 2000,is at 5 km away, A grandiose playground, and a land of wonder, whether you are on foot, on a mountain bike, or on horseback. Rock Azur Site, the bigest concentration of mountain bikes in Europe. The Valescure Golf courses are also at 5 km.
For any useful purpose, a shoping mall, a Leclerc supermarket, a Lidl, and a Grand Frais , are 5 minutes away by car.
