The sleeping area includes three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub to meet all your needs.



With two terraces offering different orientations, you can enjoy the sun or relax in the shade, depending on your mood. Ideally located on a quiet street, the house is also just a short distance from the beach and local shops.



Sleeping arrangements:



One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.

One bedroom with two 80 cm single beds.

One bedroom with a 110 cm sofa bed.

The villa offers parking spaces within the property grounds, and you can also park conveniently right across the street.
