The condo was just as advertised! Furniture and beds were comfortable and more than suited our needs with 3 adults and 3 teens. The property is easily accessed from the front door (near elevator) and the pool side balcony door. We highly recommend this unit and owner for your future Ft. Walton visit!

We had an excellent trip to Ft. Walton Beach! The condo was extremely clean, had all the essentials for a week away from home, including necessary items for the beach and was perfectly located to the entrance of the pool and lazy river. Everyone in my family commented on how comfortable the beds were, how spacious the condo was and how they had everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect for grilling and outdoor eating. The host was extremely quick in communications when we wanted to add an extra night to our trip. Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Isaias coming. The host kept in touch with us in the days leading up to the evacuation, gave clear instructions on what we needed to do and issued the refund for our lost day immediately. We are thankful we were able to get out safely. We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here and working with the host.

Fantastic outdoor patio area!! Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Nice furniture. Unit was clean. Inside and out could use a deep clean. Outdoor rugs need replacing. Enjoyed the bay. Great pools and easy walkover to beach. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location!

Perfect location and lots of places to sit on patio and watch kids in lazy river. Two things that needed maintenance were fixed quickly in the condo. Great stay!
