Recently restored, the property harmoniously combines the charm of the old with a resolutely modern and extremely comfortable "loft" layout.

Composed of the Dryer (4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / living room / spacious open kitchen) and the Geese (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms / Living & open kitchen) communicating largely together from the inside, Jeanne's houses offer the promise of beautiful reunions with friends or family for 16 to 18 holidaymakers.

Outside, you will appreciate its vast enclosed garden, its equipped terraces -including its large covered terrace-, its essential heated swimming pool and the panoramic view that is offered to you.

LE DRYER:

Renovated in the spirit of the old tobacco dryers - typical constructions of the Périgord - the Séchoir offers on the ground floor:
* A large living room bathed in light offering a large fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, dishwasher).
Its windows sliding glass windows open onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool, offering an ideal "inside-outside" communication in summer.
* A TV lounge with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, Smart TV with flat screen.
* A laundry area with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities
* A separate toilet with washbasin completes the ground floor

The first sleeping area is located upstairs, distributing:
* A first master suite offers a large double bed, two bedside lamps, a wardrobe/wardrobe.
* It has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit.
* Opposite the corridor, the second master suite offers the same sleeping configuration and also benefits from its own private shower room.
* In the centre, the two double bedrooms each offer two single beds 8 cm wide - which can be joined into a large double bed - and a single bed on the mezzanine, accessible by a miller's ladder (children from 10 years old). Separated by a large sliding door, these two bedrooms can communicate with each other.

The second sleeping area, located upstairs, leads to three separate bedrooms:
* A master suite, furnished with a large double in 160cmx200cm, two bedside tables, a wardrobe with wardrobe.

* A double bedroom with a large double bed, bedside tables, and storage unit

* The large enclosed garden of 2500m² offers many grassy areas, ideal for ball games, a trampoline and a bowling alley.
* The essential 4x8m private swimming pool is equipped with numerous sunbeds and parasols. Its electric shutter offers optimal safety for children. For the comfort of our guests, the swimming pool is heated from May to the end of September.
* Overlooking the swimming pool, the first covered terrace allows 18 guests to have lunch outdoors well sheltered from the hot summer sun. A large plancha is at your disposal.
* Located on the edge of the Goose House, the second terrace offers a second dining area for 8 people, and a second plancha.
* The parking space allows the parking of 5 vehicles within the property. Two electric charging stations are available to our guests (extra)
