With 4 fully functional bikes w bike trail if you have toddlers, pups or food and drinks. We have umbrellas, beach chairs, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, pans, pots etc. Don’t take your house w you. Premium channels: HBO, Disney, Hulu, Peacock, ESPN, Paramount, Spectrum

The house is in a very convenient location and the check-in/out process was easy. Otherwise was everything else was just ok and we were a bit disappointed. The pictures feel like they're from a few years ago when everything was clean and new, but they don't fully reflect the current state of the house. The toaster wouldn't stay down and when I messaged the host they just said sorry, it's probably broken. We only found one usable pan for eggs as the rest have nonstick coating flaking off. There's also quite a bit of road noise from Greenwood Dr since the house backs up to it (it was warm enough for windows to be open, but not hot enough for A/C). The listing mentions it sleeps 8, but we only found beds for 7 (which was ok for us, but could be a big issue for others). Overall, I can only recommend this place if you're not too picky about things being clean and well organized.

This is a good place fully equipped. Nice view of the horse arena. Many things in the house. Nice screened in porch. Starbucks KUREG cups were a nice touch. We only had one night on the way home and wanted to take a quick visit since I haven't been there in over 30 years. The Island has changed a lot. 1st we were dinged for 10 for access to drive to our rental. And if we wanted to go to the lighthouse area we were told the road for this was closed and have to buy a trolly ticket. Before there was no problem. Check-in was at 3 and check-out was at 10. Ok...but the cleaning lady pulls up into the yard with headlights and parks in front of the home before 10 and waits. I only noticed her there at 9:50. I don't know when she came. If we had been there for a week, I wouldn't have thought twice about it. But since it was a one-nighter, we had 19 hours. No need to come early and stare at the front door. It was nice for the renter to allow one-night stays. Overall, if you're coming to HI and want a quiet place in Sea Pines, this is a good place.

Great location and property for a family needing to relax

Great location, easy to get to Trolley stops to go to the beach. Very few properties have two master bedrooms so this was great for a family of 4 plus grandparents. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in after the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Decent Dog Friendly Option in Sea Pines

If you are looking for a dog friendly stay in Sea Pines then this is probably the right choice. While it is not the cleanest place, it is well located and Rianne is very responsive.

We only stayed one night but the process for check in was very easy and the property was well maintained. It was exactly what we needed and wouldnt hesitate to stay again if we were in the area! The screened in porch was very nice and had a great view. Having bikes available to use is also a big deal as they are expensive to rent.

House inside was clean. Air conditioning not very good our last night wasn't cooling at all. The kitchen sink appeared to be a bit plugged took forever for water to go down. The outside front of the house needs more attention spider webs all over door looked abandoned a bit disappointed first impression when doing check in. Property was pet friendly thats a plus had all essential items needed, location was beautiful wish parking was included. Had to pay 9 dollars daily for parking.

this was a great rental, clean, organized, all the pots and pans and utensils we needed, it was a welcome retreat. Used the bikes, all in good repair. All in all, very easy to work with the owner, she responded quickly to any questions. Would rent from her again.

I didn’t feel the place was homey and so I decided to stay there for an entire month to see what the guests goes through, what they’ll need in order for them to feel at home and not have to go to the store to get what they might possibly need and just enjoy what sea pines has to offer. We also have umbrellas, beach chairs, air fryer, blender, toaster, water hoses, fire pit, bbq grill, and everything you might have in your house so, just bring your bathing suits and enjoy. I also had new fans and lights in the patio, outdoor lights, washed the screens from months of dust and mildew. Thank you James for the valuable compliments. On your next stay, the place will have more upgrades for you to experience.

Great Spot

Wonderful place. Amazing location. Our host was very quick to respond, the place was very clean and welcoming. The screened in porch was fantastic - you can watch the sunset from the porch which on Hilton Head is always amazing. They allowed our dogs to be with us which is hard to find and that alone was such a piece of mind. Easily located via access from both gates. Very close to the beach.

Family wedding trip

Our stay was very nice. The bikes were a nice bonus. Enjoyed riding around the island. The king and queen beds were very comfortable and ceiling fans were great. Overall it was a great stay. The only issue was the cleaning crew arrived at 9:25 and stayed parked in the front yard. Hate feeling rushed.

We liked the location and the ease of using the bike trails. We walked to the beach each day. We also used two of the bikes that the owner provided. She was easy to contact and communicate with. There was ample space in the house.

I met my partner in Los Angeles. We have 2 wonderful boys. He was born and raised in Hilton Head. When we came and I first saw the place, I fell inlove. Unfortunately, we separated. I am now managing the place in hopes of bringing this home to be the best place a family can experience that I don't get to experience anymore :'(. Please help me love this home when you stay. I plan on being here as many times I can because my boys have half their roots here. Please let me know if I need to make any improvements as I am managing it from afar.
