Upstairs, you’ll find two beautifully appointed queen bedrooms, each with its own fully updated ensuite bathroom. New mattresses and all-new bedroom furniture ensure a restful stay, while the primary bedroom’s private balcony with outdoor seating provides a peaceful spot to unwind. Family vacation

We had a wonderful week. Great location walking distance to celebration park, shopping, restaurants, grocery store and the beach. Condo was very clean, supplied and pet friendly. Pool was just around the corner and was checked daily by pool company. Will definitely stay again

Great location

We have stayed at several condos in the Coligny area and this was definitely our favorite. Short walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants at Coligny. Clean and plenty of space for us and our 3 kids. Would love to stay again on our next trip.

15 minute walk to beach.. access also by bicycle.. excellent cycling at low tide.. caution, motorize

Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable sofa and matching easy chair, 16 steps up to entrance could be a challenge for some seniors, handrail is useful however.. rest rooms functional, plenty of hot water for showers and washing machine, kitchen utensils and dishes/ glasses more than adequate, TV channels service very good..coded entrance and exit very convenient

We enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head island. This rental was ideal for a family of 4. We enjoyed riding the bicycles to the beach through this beautiful neighborhood. The location is fantastic. We will definitely think about coming back next year for a longer stay!

Location Location Location!!! Love how close this condo is to the beach and restaurants, shopping! Has everything you could need! Very easy check in and check out. Pool is just a few steps away. Definitely would come back! We stayed close to a month.

Amazing stay!

We hadn’t been back to HHI for 8 years, and always stayed in sea pines. We decided to try to stay outside sea pines, and didn’t regret it! Beautiful property with great access to the beach and coligny plaza. It was magical to be back!

Great Location and Lovely Property

We spent a long weekend staying here in June 2024 and loved the property. It was close to everything - 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the park, 10 minutes to the shopping plaza. Very comfortable and lots of little amenities (beach chairs, bikes, toiletry kits) that made it special. We brought our dog with us and the area was very dog friendly (poop stations everywhere) and several places to eat even had dog menus. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a few days on a drive up the east coast. Great little place and fantastic location for all the action. Bike being included was a super inclusion as you can bike to anywhere you need to. Only small things I’d hope owners think about changing/adding: no beach towels provided, only one laundry box provided (needed two do one large load), only one dishwasher tab, pillows and mattress for sleeper sofa were not great. These are small but not fun to think about when on vacations. All that said would stay again in the future.

Wonderful, dreamy stay at Hilton Head!

We had the best time at this condo in Hilton Head! The planning process was super smooth thanks to the responsiveness of the host. This was our first time going on vacation with our dog, and I was grateful that the host was so accommodating to our doggy, who also loved his stay! The check in process was smooth and we found the condo in immaculate, clean condition. The kitchen is a bit dated, but it was a great space for cooking and prepping meals. We loved the balconies and relaxing vibe of the place - and what a location! We did daily walks with our dog to the beach, which is only about 10-12 min away walking. There’s also a beautiful park nearby with a playground and green space. By day 2 we were already talking about our next time visiting, so that’s a win!

The location was great. It was an easy walk to the beach, park, restaurants and grocery stores. The complex was well maintained and everyone we met, who lived there full-time, were very friendly. If it weren't for the stairs, my husband has health issues and I am not sure if he could handle the stairs next year, I would definitely stay here again. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd stay in HHI and our first time at this location, and I am positive this will be our first choice when we return. 11 Beach Arbor was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was so close to everything we wanted including the shops at Coligny and Celebration Park. Not to mention the beach and all the great restaurants. the communication was phenomenal from the hosts. The condo was clean, well appointed amenities and extremely comfortable. My wife loved the oversized chair in the window and I loved the reclining sofa. I really enjoyed my coffee on the balcony and we even say there and watched the rain storms we encountered. We booked for 7 nights and loved it so much we wrote the owner and asked for an additional night. They were super accommodating with that. We enjoyed the beach, fireworks at shelter cove, the turtle talk, and shopping in Coligny. We also loved the pirates excursion in Harbor town. Best restaurants were the Crazy Crab, Frosty Frog, Sandbar and Captain Woodys!

The location is convenient for riding bikes to the beach and walking to Southern Coney for breakfast (highly recommend). The pool was small but quiet and clean and we basically had it all to ourselves. Having the bikes there and ready to use was really great. Shower tip: there is a button on the handle of the shower head that you need to push for better water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rental company was very responsive when we needed sheets for the twin pull out. They delivered them within 20 minutes of us messaging. The condo is very clean and nicely updated. Our only note to the owner would be to check the drainage of the primary bathroom sink, the stopper has to be held up in order to drain the sink. It would also be wonderful to have more comfortable seating on the porch but we still spent time out there and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We loved breakfast at Southern Coney, went there twice. Our dinner at The Smokehouse was a highlight. Dinner at Thai Smile was the best Thai food we have ever had. We rode bikes to the beach and coffee shop nearby. We had a great stay and would definitely return!
