The Space:

Enjoy your dinner in the well-decorated dining area, where you can share your fun-filled stories of the day as you marvel at the rustic chandelier - a stunning masterpiece. The laundry room with a washer & dryer combo is located between both bedrooms on the main floor of the house. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is also available next to the family room.

Getting Around:
The Breckenridge historic district is within a short 10-minute drive from the home. You will have multiple parking access downtown, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola - a gateway to endless skiing options. The Main Street trolley is a great choice for wandering around downtown Breck. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. A 4WD vehicle is required during winter.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
