Guest Suite - Entire basement great for PSU Weekends!
Rent our entire finished basement, great for your PSU football weekend! The space has one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen air mattress set up in the gym space. The space has a full bath, fridge, Keurig, and microwave. After the game, enjoy the rest of your night watching games from the downstairs bar. Towels, linens, and toiletries provided.
A private entrance and parking spot, with the owners upstairs in the main space if there are any issues.
Notes: We want to be transparent about 2 items. 1. The entrance is a cellar entrance and bilco doors. We have a handrail and treads on the stairs, but they are a little steep. 2. We have a toddler. We certainly want you to enjoy the space but ask that you observe quiet hours after 10 PM. Thank you and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out!
