You're going to love spending a fun vacation in this home by the beach. There is a shared pool and tennis court for guests, and you'll have beach access right off the building. Enjoy your favorite DVD movies on the TV or head into the kitchen to cook up a delicious meal. The central air-conditioning will keep everything nice and cool while you're here.

Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
Buildings 3 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead walkway spot repair, estimated to be complete by Feb. 1, 2023. There will occasionally be significant construction noise, such as grinding and drilling.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Easy beach access

It was easy access to the beach via 2 different boardwalks, and the 2 pools were nice (one is really big!). Garbage dumpsters were easy to find and use. The condo itself needs a LOT of TLC... outlets not working, many wall switches not working, the door/keypad was HORRIBLE to try and open/lock. My handyman husband made a minor adjustment to it so we could open and close it without a 5 minute ordeal every time, but the door knob should be replaced from all the wear and tear that's been imposed on it to try and get in the place. The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced (when folded all the way out, it pitches downward at the end so that you spend all night sliding down and having to pull yourself back up to the head of it). We were told to tell the attendant there was a parking pass in the unit... there was not. It was a FIFTY DOLLAR expense we were not prepared for. We were not in the unit most of the day, but it would be nice for it to be comfortable enough to spend evenings in. The kitchen was nice and it was nice to have a washer and dryer right in the unit. There's just a lot of little things that could be added/fixed that would make it SO much more appealing and homey.

Nothing

There was nothing that liked during our stay. It was not worth a fraction of what we paid. Very disappointed in this condo. It appears as if someone furnished it in the 1980’s and left. I found 2 building code violations on the first night there, exposed wire nuts on the lamp and smoke detector started beeping on the first night meaning the battery needed to be changed

Desperately needs some work!

This is the worst unit I have stayed in at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club. Paint is needed, furnishings are very dated, room was not clean. Totally disappointed.
