Located in Orange Beach, this cute, earth-toned condo is across the beach road from Cotton Bayou State Park Beach, a fantastic handicap-accessible public beach access with free parking, restrooms, and sometimes even a food or ice cream truck for a quick snack!

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is able to accommodate up to six people. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed. There's also a set of berth bunks the little ones will love and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The open floor plan means everyone can be together whether preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, sitting at the dining table or perhaps catching up on a good book or watching the big game on the big-screen TV in the living room.

The patio overlooks the area's natural scenery and is a great place to enjoy a meal together or just relaxing to the sounds of nature in the morning hours.

The condo complex comes with an outdoor pool for an extra dose of family fun. The complex is situated near a variety of restaurants and attractions. One guest commented that the 'location was great...close to everything!'

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The worst vacation stay ever.

My stay at this property was horrible. We did not have access to WiFi the entire stay. I went to WalMart and spent over 200 dollars on groceries, only not to be able to cook because the sink was clogged the entire stay until yesterday around 10, mind you, we were leaving the next day and had been there since Sunday. The toilet was leaking water. I have contacted someone at least 15 times. Communion with the manager was horrible. I highly do not recommend staying at this place.

This property is neglected, broken down furniture, dish washer and dryer need repairs, floors and carpet absolutely nasty dirty, trash under furniture and the owner refused to provide us or vacassa with a wifi password.

Nice location to everything

But the cleanliness of the condo was poor, the cookware was so old and unable to clean to use, the sleeper sofa mattress was horrible and unable to use. The springs could easily be felt and some had fallen off. There was a cute out hole in the bedroom wall that we had to cover to feel safe. I would never stay in the condo again nor recommend it to anyone.

Decent but many issues

The room looked nice at first glance. After looking more thoroughly we noticed some problems. The washer and dryer had rust on top and their were paint cans on the rack above as if they were going to paint over it. A few tiles at the front door had a long hairline crack. The pull out couch bed had a thin mattress and was uncomfortable to lay on because you could feel the metal bars supporting it in your back. The pillows in the bedroom were dirty on the back, there were many stains on the back side. The thermostat was also not working right and we had to call maintenance late at night to fix it because it was so hot. The next day we couldn’t get it to go to a higher temperature. The recliner was also in poor shape as if we’re quite old. The pool and front grill area has an ant problem we saw many large ants crawling around. The gym had a bad smell to it, not too awful but definitely noticeable. Also the gym was very warm with very little AC. Definitely using Vacasa but I’m not staying at this location anymore.

22 vacation stay

Very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay. Just need to add a pizza cutter. Property is directly across the street from the general parking lot to the beach for easy access.
