Located on the 1st floor, Sugar Beach 133 provides you with a side view of the Gulf, allowing you to catch glimpses of the sparkling waters from your balcony, with NEW bar height poly deck table and chairs (Dec'25). Two Elevators also.


The condo has been tastefully updated with granite countertops and tile floors throughout, adding a touch of elegance to your stay. Inside, you'll find a Primary bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of beach adventures. The guest bedroom also features a DAYBED Queen with full trundle bed, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests.

Super spacious condo for a family! Everything was as it was listed. We enjoyed the games that were there and my 5 year old fell in love with UNO while we were there since it was supplied. Wonderful lifetime memories were made staying here! We would definitely stay in this condo again no doubt! The only thing slightly negative was the balcony door in the living room was hard to open, other than that it was amazing!

I booked a very last minute stay for myself and my sons and this was perfect. The condo was clean, location was great, the heated pools were a great incentive and as a mom traveling alone with her sons I felt safe. I would suggest an upgrade to the mattresses soon but again, a great last minute stay.

The condo was okay but i wouldn’t return. The booking property operated partially outside vrbo which complicated matters. The host provided very minimal needs in the condo. You need to bring everything you might need - treat it like camping. It made the experience poor compared to other condo experiences. Additionally while nothing was wrong, it wasn’t particularly nice. It was described by one member of our party as shabby.

We’re disappointed to see this rating, particularly since we checked in during your stay and no concerns or issues were communicated to us. We were also happy to accommodate an early check-in. Like most vacation rentals, the condo provides a startup supply of essentials rather than unlimited supplies for the entire stay. Guests are advised in advance of items they may wish to bring or purchase for their stay. The condo itself is accurately represented in the listing photos and is priced very competitively for this popular beachfront property. Recent updates include new balcony furniture and a new washer and dryer. While décor preferences are certainly subjective, we feel a 2/10 rating does not accurately reflect the condition, amenities, or experience offered by this property - particularly when, as noted in the review, “nothing was wrong.” We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if there is anything we can do to improve their experience, and we would have been glad to assist.

Condo was as listed. The washer in dryer in unit was a life saver. The view is not that great from the condo. Otherwise it was a nice condo to stay in for a week. Great location! It was close to everything. The beach was beautiful. I would stay in this condo again.

Family vacation

The condo was clean and had some nice renovations. We liked that the kitchen was not junked up with leftover items from other renters. The plates and glasses were clean. The coffee maker and toaster were clean..the bathrooms were clean and roomy. We used the sleeper sofa, mattress was in good shape. The main bedroom was great, very bright in the am. The second bedroom stayed dark, so the young adult kids liked that, but it was hard to use the trundle bed because the queen bed took up so much space. . The beach gear in the closet was nice to borrow.
