Come to Florida to enjoy the weather and what better way than from the Penthouse of this luxury building.
The Cape Harbour Marina offers so many amenities: Two pools (one heated), fitness, center, clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts. BBQ's, great restaurants, shops and bars.
The entire penthouse is yours while you're here, and all of the amenities of the property are yours to use.
You'll have access to one reserved parking space in the residential section of the garage that is also included in your rental. Kayaks and bike rental are available for rent right near by.
The area offers easy access to Sanibel Island, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. If you're in the mood to go to Key West, there is a ferry that goes there daily from Fort Myers. It's a great day (or two) trip.
