Had a great time at their facility. Owners were very responsive to resolve the few small issues we had(keys to renting their car for a few days, roomsafe access, etc). Location is great to beach.

Gena was warm and welcoming upon our arrive. She was super responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was as it appears in the photo, very clean and had everything we needed for a fabulous time in Turks. A five minute walk to the stunning beaches of Grace Bay.

Absolute Best Accommodations

This place is perfect in location, cleanliness, amenities, car rental, and excellent communication with host. Quiet location, just steps to beautiful Grace Bay. We WILL be back and bring our family to rent the 3 bedroom upstairs. Thank you for the perfect stay.

We found the Coral Suite to be exactly as described. It is a similar layout to a hotel room except with a full kitchenette. Everything was clean and organized and easy to find. We walked everywhere during our weeklong stay. Several restaurants within 5 minutes and several more within a 15 minutes. If you want a full meal, plan to spend 80-100 per couple. The beach is a short 2 minute walk and is wonderful. We wanted a great place for snorkeling and this is it. Walk to the beach, jump in, and let the adventure begin. Beautiful sea life and coral right in this beach area. Ivan and Gena provided all the beach supplies (chairs, towels, and snorkel gear). We also had the lovely little pool to ourselves for the week, so nice! Their hospitality and care to detail went above and beyond. We cannot wait to stay with them again and return to T&C.

The property was very nice. The location to the beach was perfect. Only a couple min walk. We had a great time here.The host(Ivan) got back to us very fast. When we come back next fkms

We loved our stay. The property owner was very prompt and returned our messages right away. The walk to beach was so easy. You can't beat that sunset! We also saw the space ship from Florida being launched while we were there. It was so cool. We will be back for sure! We would choose a little larger one next time.

Perfect vacation <3

Everything was perfect! Hubby and I decided last minute to book a trip (2 weeks in advance) and we are so glad we did! Once we paid online, we were sent a list of activities that they recommend and a couple days before sent us the code for the door! Once we arrived (10min from airport), we were looking for our suite when the owners asked if we needed any help. They showed us to the room and we were very impressed. They were there cleaning the property themselves, which was nice to see they personally take good care of their properties. We walked in to exactly the room that was pictured. Cute studio, one bed for mt husband and I, small little kitchen and a bathroom. Honestly didn't need much more since we wernt there to often. However, the bonus features were a grill outside our door we used to cook on, a pool and laundry room (came home with clean clothes)! We were close to running out of toilet paper one day, messaged the owner late one evening and woke up to some early the next morning! Very prompt response. The best part of the trip, only 2 minute walking distance from the beach! Very
