There is a full sized fireplace to cozy up to on cold nights and a large fenced in yard to enjoy with private patio on those warm summer nights. Property faces west to open space and a vast mountain view. Close proximity to walking trails, grocery stores, and easy access to highways that take you to Boulder or Denver is less than 30 minutes!

Guests have full access to unit (private entry) and backyard space. Parking is on-street but very close to a private walkway that leads to the unit. There are concrete steps in back that are required to access lower level, please note these steps may be icy in the winter if they are not maintained. Guests are provided with snow shovels to keep walkway and stairs clear and safe in inclement weather. Good news it Colorado is sunny 300 days a year so even if you need to shovel the sun comes up and melts the rest making Colorado one of the most pleasant places to live!

There is no mail service but I can make recommendations about closest locations to open a P.O. Box. For guests that are outdoor enthusiast and come with bikes and kayaks I have additional garage storage I am happy to share access to.
