This could be a clean and practical spot in a wonderful neighborhood. Unfortunately, you can read all the other reviews and, now mine, and see the pattern reveal itself, this is run by an agency collecting rent at ease ignoring the repairs needing for the apt and having no respect for the guests they are charging to stay there. There are several plumbing issues—The kitchen sink leaks around the base onto a surface that is buckling w accumulated water, the bathroom faucet is still very loose, and during our stay, the shower had very slow drainage and the water hitting the facing shower wall was leaking through to the bedroom wall, leaving water marks and a dank smell which one hopes is mildew, but could very well be a more toxic mold. In fact the two people I was traveling with became sick a day after arrival. Of course I can’t prove this is related but also hard not to connect. The smell was strong enough that we had to keep the windows open, but it was chilly this week… once people felt ill the situation was untenable and we had to leave and book something else. Of course we were met with indifference when we shared this with the manager (this place is apparently run by a firm with employees fielding the guests) Finally, & mentioned in another review, the second sleeping area has no way to shut out the bright courtyard light that blares in each time a resident comes or goes, it’s challenging to stay asleep in that room. Not much cooking eqmt either making the kitchen a loss
