Second home - Timmendorfer Strand

The second home is located on the ground floor of an apartment complex that was completely modernized in 2015 on 45 square meters. It is located in a quiet district, directly between Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf / Ostsee.

Season beach chair included

On the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, a beach chair is available free of charge from 01 May to 15 September during the beach chair season.

The sea at the door, the wind around your nose

On your terrace you can enjoy the sun in your own beach chair as well as on the Baltic Sea beach, which is only approx. 200 m away. The promenade can be enjoyed with a leisurely stroll or a sporty bike ride. The center of the sophisticated Timmendorf can also be reached in this way. The idyllic port of Niendorf is only a few minutes' walk away.

1 room with double bed (box spring bed), sitting area and kitchen can accommodate 2 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you can also access the terrace. The high-quality bathroom completes the modern apartment.

A large, swiveling flat screen TV with cable connection invites you to relax in the evening. A Bose sound system with Ipod connection and Bluetooth function is also part of the equipment. The apartment has free wireless Internet access.

Sehr schöne Wohnung - sehr zu empfehlen

Alles exakt so wie beschrieben, man muss nur wissen, dass der Verwalter noch einige Kosten aufschlägt ("Servicepauschale" und "Gebühr" zusammen rund 65 €). Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und exakt so, wie es die Bilder aussagen. Der im Preis enthaltene Strandkorb in der 1. Reihe am Strand ist natürlich klasse. Der 15-minütige Fußweg ins Zentrum hat uns nicht gestört. Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden, auch mit der Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Baltic Appartements, die bei einer Frage sehr schnell und kompetent geholfen haben.

Tolle FeWo, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Sehr schöne FeWo in sehr guter Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausreichend Stauraum trotz 45 qm. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr praktisch: Tiefgeragenstellplatz und Strandkorb am Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

1 Woche Erholung pur

Das Appartement hat unseren Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Von Checkin über Sauberkeit und Checkout war alles vorbildlich. Einzig der zur Verfügung gestellte Tiefgaragenplatz ist ein bißchen eng ausgefallen. Alles in allen eine Runde Sache.

Urlaub

Die Unterkunft und der Urlaub war sehr schön. Wir fühlten uns im Objekt sehr wohl und konnten hervorragend entspannen. Wir konnten die Zeit echt genießen. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war der Strandkorb an der direkten Ostsee, den wir auch sehr viel genutzt haben. Zu jeder Zeit war uns das möglich. Was uns nicht zu gefiel, waren die wenige Fahrradwege und das an der Strandpromenade keine Spur für Fahrräder ist, obwohl der Weg breit genug ist. Auch der eigentliche Raum für die Räder ist viel zu klein. Ansonsten waren es schöne Tage an der Ostsee!

Wir haben uns super ...

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Tolle Lage zum Strand, nur 2 Minuten. In die Innenstadt etwas weit zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und sauber und die Terrasse mit dem Seegras und Strandkorb zauberhaft. Alles vorhanden. Auch die Tiefgarage sehr praktisch! Und einen inklusive Standkorb in der ersten Reihe am Meer - gibt es selten. Gerne wieder!
