From here you can also access the spacious, furnished balcony with a fantastic sea view panorama. The bedroom is in a cozy alcove and can be darkened with curtains. Breakfast becomes an experience in the dining area because from there you can enjoy an exclusive sea view. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung war genau so, wie wir das erwartet haben. Die Lage der Wohnung an der Strandallee ist optimal. Da die Wohnung in 3 Stock ist, war die Treppensteigerei für uns etwas mühsam.

-Unkomplizierter Check-In und Buchungsablauf -schöne helle, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit sehr viel Stauraum -tolle Lage mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee -sehr gut ausgestattete Küche -ein Plus ist auf jeden Fall der eigene Strandkorb -könnte eine Idee sauberer sein (Dreck in den Ecken, Küchenschränke, unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Geschirrspüler und Tierhaare auf Balkonkissen) -Bett/Matratze unbequem Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt und weiter zu empfehlen

Super Lage des Appartements, mit dem mega Blick vom Balkon zur Strandpromenade

Das Appartement war voll ausreichend für zwei Personen sowie mit einem kleinen Hun, alles ist direkt erreichbar z.B. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurant. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön dort nur leider hatten wir sehr viel Probleme mit dem Internet, der Empfang war leider nicht so gut gewesen aber ansonsten kann ich das Appartement nur weiter empfehlen

Einfach herrlich, die Ostsee direkt vor der Haustür

Die Wohnung befand sich im 2 Stock. Für meine Mutter mit Handycap etwas schwierig, doch sie sah es dann als Training an, die Treppen tgl zu erklimmen. Die Whg selbst war geräumig für zwei Personen, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles wichtige war vorhanden. Allerdings fanden wir zur Begrüßung einige Mängel in der Sauberkeit (Toiletten Brille 👎👎, bekleckerter Fuss des Tisches👎, Geschirrschrank👎 schon ne Weile nicht mehr Grundgereinigt, auf dem Balkon hinter und unter den Sitzmöbeln👎👎👎.) Zudem kam beim Einräumen mir ein Schrankregal entgegen und ein Verdunklungsvorhang war nicht ganz in der Schiene. Doch nachdem alle Mängel beseitigt waren haben wir uns in unserem Aufenthalt pudelwohl gefühlt. Besonders die Tatsache, dass der Strand zum Greifen nah war und der eigene Strandkorb nicht weit. Die Abende auf dem Balkon herrlich, auch wenn die Ampelkreuzung U der Verkehr manchmal störten... Ein Blick auf die See entschädigt.

Schöner Urlaub in Scharbeutz

Die Wohnung hat eine top Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut. Allerdings gibt es auch einige Kritikpunkte: Auch der Balkon sollte gereinigt werden, er war sehr schmutzig und voller Spinnenweben. Die Türe der Dusche ließ sich nicht weit genug öffnen, sodass nur ein schmaler Einstieg verblieb. Auch sind die Größe der Dusche und die fehlenden Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Dusche ein Manko. Der Durchlauferhitzer benötigt sehr lange, bis die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist (unnötiger Wasserverbrauch). Auch das große Fenster im Wohnzimmer sollte wöchentlich gereinigt werden. Auch bei der Küche Ausstattung gibt es Kritikpunkte. Es sind 12 Wassergläser vorhanden aber keine Eierbecher und keine Müslischalen. Auch hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Trotz der Kritikpunkte haben wir uns wohl gefühlt!
