Nada más llegar nos encontramos con que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. la dueña, Karine, se encontraba fuera. Avisó al técnico, vino el lunes pero no pudo solucionarlo. La dueña nos ofrece otro apartamento pero tenía el mismo problema. El interés por solucionarlo ha sido el máximo pero sin resultados.Karine nos dice que el año próximo nos haría un precio especial pero nosotros le decimos que el precio tiene que bajar en esta estancia, nosotros hemos pagado un apartamento con aire acondicionado y no lo hemos disfrutado, entendemos que ella no es la culpable, pero nos tenía que haber devuelto algo de dinero y no lo ha hecho, por lo que nos sentimos defraudados y disgustados
