Our stay was just what we were needing to visit the Redwoods. We were only about 20 minutes away. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the Seaquest Brewery just down the road for dinner each night. The host was very accommodating! We actually left something very important to us by mistake and they have been so kind to send that to us. We are so thankful!

The photos for this vrbo were very accurate. Seeing the exterior of the building and suspecting it was an old building that had been remodeled, I am always a bit nervous about what to expect. It worked well for us. The bed was comfortable. Fans and windows allowed us to keep the temperature pleasant. The kitchen was well stocked, and there even a few extra personal items available in the bathroom. The host checked in with us, entry and exit were smooth. It was very nice to be so close to the beach, and a park (walking distance), and as all have mentioned easy driving distance to great viewing of various redwood groves.

Don't be fooled by appearance of building. The room was very clean and neat. It was much better than any hotel with a complete kitchen, a nice bedroom and a very clean and neat bathroom. We will stay there again if we decide to go back to the Redwoods.

Not sure what to expect as we entered from the street, but the unit was updated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed being able to cook some meals. There is some traffic noise since the unit looks down on 101, but it tapered off in the late evening - the earplugs by the bed were a nice touch, but we didn’t have to use them. Parking was not an issue - we were a bit apprehensive, but our car was fine every morning. The unit shares a common room with several other rooms and has a laundry room available. Very close to Redwoods. Thanks for a great stay!

Good room — no complaints. But a 75 cleaning fee seems high when we had to take the trash across the street to a disgusting and overfilled dumpster, do the dishes, etc Otherwise good times.

Thank you for your feedback. We ask guests to remove their trash and do their dishes. These are the only two things that we ask. I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and have been asked to remove bedding and start the laundry as well as many other tasks. I feel like we ask for very minimal duties and the cleaning fee is very low compared to our local competitors.

Our unit was clean, spacious, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. We had a comfortable stay. Our unit was facing highway 101 so the traffic can be noisy at night if you are a light sleeper.

Was a little tricky to get into, but the place was clean and comfortable. The place itself is a little aged and worn, but still a good stay. The shower had great soaps and water pressure. Strong WiFi. Full sized kitchen. All the basics to have a meal in the space. Only one seat couch in the living room, but other than that great. It is by a noisy road (on 101) so bring your noise machines and ear plugs. There’s a good coffee shop and grocery store nearby!
