Amazing beach and ocean access! Condo complex is very nice. Centrally located- close to everything we needed. The unit was clean and well maintained. We had a few small hiccups during our stay but the manager was right on it. We were very pleased with our time at Luana Kai and would consider returning.

Great place , very clean, beautiful view and quiet. Easy access to the beach and walk. Close to good restaurants and retail shops .Lesli and Mario provide a great welcome and make sure all we need is provided.My favorite place in Maui

Wonderful location with lots of amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cool breeze blowing off of the ocean, the sounds of the tropical birds, easy access to tennis and pickle ball courts, a relaxing lanai, and wonderful nearby beaches and restaurants made this a heavenly stay.

Great view but the floor above has an elderly lady that pushes her walker all day/night that sounds like nails on a chalkboard.

We have since put tennis balls on her walker so it's quiet now. I'm sorry you didn't mention that we took your discomfort seriously and upgraded you and your teenage son to a two bedroom/ two bathroom unit, vs the one bedroom you had reserved.
