About this property

This is a beautiful studio plus with a king bed and pull out sofa. The maximum occupancy is 4. It has a partial kitchen with mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and margarita machine. This unit is located on the hillside.

The resort is located on Smith Bay. It has a beautiful view of the Bay and the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean. There are 2 pools. The lower one is just off the bar and restaurant and has a gorgeous view of the bay. The upper pool has a swim up bar and looks out over the bay. The resort has a restaurant on the property and 2 bars, It is a short walk from the resort to Coki Beach that also has food and drink services. Margaritaville is a short drive from Red Hook on the east end of the island. Red Hook has a ferry that goes to St John's Island. Red Hook also has a number of restaurants to choose from.

Parking is free but limited. The studio plus units are all on the hillside. Some have views of the bay and some have garden views.

Because of Wyndham's reservation requirements, not all check in/check out dates are available. Although we try to keep the calendar updated daily, the calendar is NOT always ACCURATE.

THE ISLAND OF ST THOMAS HAS NOW PASSED A TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (HOTEL TAX) FOR ANY GUESTS STAYING ON THE ISLAND. IT IS $25/NIGHT PER UNIT (not per guest). THIS IS COLLECTED BY THE RESORT AND PAID DIRECTLY TO THE GOVERNMENT. IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL AMOUNT.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee of $150. This is purchased directly through me and will allow cancellation up to the day of check in for any reason with 100% refund. This must be purchased 16 days or more before check in. It is not available after that time.

Amazing Getaway

Property was has a great location and was very clean. The restaurant and bar had awesome food and drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!!!

The area is beautiful but the consistency of unhelpful and or rude staff on this Island ruined this trip for us. Horrible attitudes for service industry who relies on tourists. Hard to understand. The property was difficult to navigate and there was little guidance.

Most staff we encountered were rude and unhelpful

The attitude of many of the staff we encountered ranging from the resort, the Budget rental, the restaurants in the area were unfriendly, unhelpful and most had an attitude you were bothering them. For such a beautiful area, the rude and unfriendly staff made our stay less than pleasurable. Never again to St Thomas.
