Location, location, location! This cozy beach home offers the best of both worlds! It's on desirable Little Lagoon, and just up the street from the Gulf of Mexico. After a day on the beach, sit on the pier and enjoy a beverage at sunset on the lagoon. A bar height table and chairs provide the perfect setting for that morning coffee or evening cocktail The world is your oyster at The Stick House!

The charming lagoon home offers a comfortable living area with sliding glass doors to the balcony and gorgeous views of the lagoon. The dining area features a kitchen equipped to prepare simple meals and provides table seating for six, counter seating for two as well as outdoor bar height seating should you choose to dine al fresco. The Stick House will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with two queen bedrooms, a bedroom with two twin beds and a sleeper sofa.

In addition to the pier, there is also an outdoor shower. And don't forget your fishing pole!

The sliding door on the back needs to be replaced so you could enjoy the view from inside .. needs outdoor furniture. And black out curtains in the master bedroom..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting this area. It wasn’t disappointing. So much to do. Loved the biking trails in the nearby State park. Plus miles of beach within walking distance. The house is older, but comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We had internet issues and the staff was very responsive. We hope to visit again.

Perfect location and Size for 3 Adults, but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year that I've stayed at this house and while it is a perfect location and size for 3 adults, the floors and baseboards were disgustingly dirty. Everything above the baseboard was clean though the house was showing more wear and tear as compared to last year. The grill outside was growing mold on the grate so it obviously had not been cleaned in some time. We love this location and the house itself, but it definitely needed a good vacuuming and mopping between guests.
