The house is 10 km from Nîmes, where you can admire the unmissable Nîmes Arena, the Maison Carrée (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Pont du Gard (23 km away, the highest known aqueduct of the Roman world), Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer (52 km), and the Camargue Natural Park (we highly recommend it). We highly recommend visiting the Pont de Gau bird sanctuary, as well as Aigues-Mortes; the beaches are 30 minutes away (Grau-du-Roi, Port Camargue). Nearby, you will also find Anduze and Avignon; we recommend going to the Sommières market (15 minutes) on Saturday mornings. A greenway (cycle path) passes next to the house; you can go to Sommières via this path. In the surrounding area (5 minutes), you will find many shops with fresh produce, a Lidl, and a McDonald's.
