Whether it's a romantic getaway or a family vacation, you'll love your stay at this newly renovated lakefront cottage on a private 2.4 acre lot. You will enjoy your unobstructed view from the large deck and the brand new dock. Two rooms with queen beds, one bunk room with full size bunk bed and twin trundle (3 beds total in that room). Get all your supplies two miles away at Kroger. Only ten minutes from downtown restaurants and shops. Have your coffee each morning on the dock and watch the sunrise with nearly 200 feet of lake frontage. During the day, swim and fish off the dock. At night, the kids will love roasting hot dogs and s'mores over the fire outside. Enjoy your favorite music with the built-in Bluetooth speakers on the deck and dock.

No parties, large gatherings or events. Please remove shoes at the front door. Do not use white bath towels outside.
Do not turn A/C below 70 in summer. It will freeze unit. Use extra unit above dining table instead. Please clean dryer lint after each load.
Fire wood in the fireplace is decorative only. Please do not use.
