I've grown up on the lakes in Georgia and am thrilled to have a vacation home of my own on Lake Sinclair. I'm happy to share my home with others to enjoy the relaxation that comes with being in a beautiful setting.
Why they chose this property
The Twin Bridges area and Bluegill Community is very clean, safe, and family friendly. IT is also close to Hwy 441, which will take you to a Kroger or Publix grocery store, Milledgeville, or Eatonton. The cities have everything you'd need or want for shopping, but the lake is where it's at! Twin Bridges is a great area for boating, fishing, and enjoying the lake.
What makes this property unique
I love the way our house is set back on a small cove, but the dock is in deep water for swimming. Our house looks out to Optimus Island, a long skinny island that will always be natural. There's plenty of boats that go by on the main channel for watching, but very few come in the cove. We have over 100 feet of lake frontage with plenty of space to fish and swim. We've added a firepit by the lake for enjoying the evenings by the water too! If you would rather be at the house, the deck is the length of the home, and has a screened in area.
