At the mouth of the Aude River, this studio apartment is located in Les Cabanes de Fleury, a small fishing village between Valras and St. Pierre la Mer, in a quiet condominium complex.
You are a 10-minute walk from the beach or a 3-minute drive (parking available).
A grocery store is 100 meters away, and the village has two restaurants, a daily market in the summer selling fresh fish, and water sports activities.
The keys are in a key box.
I ask the tenant to leave the studio reasonably clean. Someone will come to conduct the check-in and check-out inspections and clean the apartment.
