Welcome to a peaceful paradise! This beach-view townhouse has an ideal location on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. The white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just across the street from your door! Take in the gorgeous view from the second-floor balcony or unwind on either of the two first-floor patios. Everything you need to prepare and serve meals can be found in the upgraded kitchen. At the end of a long day in the sun and surf, recline on the couch and watch your favorite show on the flatscreen TV. Explore Rosemary Beach on 30A just to the west (two miles) and popular attractions like Pier Park (six miles) and Gulf World Zoo (seven miles) east of the home. You’ll want to spend a whole day exploring Pier Park’s many stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. A Publix grocery store and CVS pharmacy are right around the corner from your beach home.

Nice condo

The beach was very close and beautiful. Easy walk, not crowded, and the area was perfectly family friendly. The condo was clean and nicely equipped with all the starters you need, utensils, and cooking equipment. The beds were pretty comfortable. The sheets were thin and didn’t fit the thick mattresses. We had to redo the fitted sheets each morning. The bath towels are thin and small; but there were tons of them-we just washed them several times during our stay. There is cable TV, WiFi, and we had a comfortable stay for the week.

Could not have ask for a better place . Far enough away from the hustle of PCB but close enough to eat at our favorite places . Would absolutely stay again. Clean, quite and beautiful !!!

Summer Vacation

Absolutely what we expected and more.The walk over to the beach was just a few steps away and the sun set was gorgeous.The upper deck is also amazing especially in the evening just to relax and enjoy good company.The topper was having a washer and dryer for use.No dirty clothes or wet suits for the road.All super fresh.Thank you for the stay and will book again.

Great trip

We loved our stay. The only complaint is there is no wifi in the extra bedroom. No cable or anything. Don’t know why they have a tv in there. It would be a simple fix to put a wifi extender in there. We stayed there last year with the same complaint and was told it had been fixed. It has not!

Great home, just steps from the beach!!

Very clean! Not a grain of sand or dust bunny in sight! Even the bathrooms were sparkling! Lots of amenities- plenty of towels, hairdryers, kitchen wares, soaps, shampoos, dish & clothes soap. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Plenty of seating for eating & lounging on the couch after a fun day at the beach! We had the beach to ourselves the majority of our trip. Love having a designated beach. The road was easily crossed. Rarely had to wait for a car. Would definitely stay here again. It was also nice to have a code for the door rather that having to keep up with keys.

Great home. Beautifully updated. Excellent beach access. Felt like we were on a private beach. Lots of shells. Only complaint is no Wi-Fi in the guest bedroom and no working TV. Nice large screen, but no access. We called…they came out and said that was just the way it is. A Wi-Fi extender is needed. People need to know before they rent that this is an issue. But the house and location was wonderful!

Spring break 2023

Great place - quiet/private beach. Neighbors had dogs, not a big deal but occasional barking as people walked by (they left balcony open for dogs). Very comfortable beds - place was roomy and pleasant - kitchen well equipped. Grill ignitor didn't work, but could make it work with a lighter. Maintenance people came by quickly to assess & fixed dishwasher that was not anchored in, offered charcoal grill - not necessary (just wanted to inform). There was an exposed wire under upper kitchen cabinet - didn't see til later but wanted to pass on. We were there to watch some of our son's college club baseball, beach time, and to do a little fishing. We hope to come back next year. Highly recommend.

Peaceful and relaxing!!

This is our second time coming to Sapphire in the Sand and it was just so pleasant. We love that the beach is so close and so quiet. The accommodations are everything we need and local restaurants are minutes away if needed. We will be back!

The property was perfect! Quiet and private; On the west end of the beach. Even with bike week going on it was still relaxing.
