The back of the building adjoins the pedestrian area of the Kühlungsborner Hof. Our guests have access to a lift and a bicycle storage room. All apartments have a parking space. The property is situated in a prime location in the district cooling Born-West. Nearby dining and shopping in the vicinity. The stunning sandy beach is about 100 m. The fresh rolls for breakfast, you can pick from one of the many bakeries in the area. Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental MY WHEEL BY THE SEA you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Perfekt ausgestattete FW

Die Wohnung hat Wohlfühlcharakter, es fehlt an nichts bzgl. der Ausstattung. Neuwertiges Boxspringbett mit gutem Topper, somit war es ein optimales Schlaferlebnis. Geräumiges Bad. Alles top sauber. Aufzug vorhanden.Tolle Lage unweit vom Meer. Discounter direkt am Objekt und schräg gegenüber. Vielfältige Gastronomie fußläufig. Hausflur im unteren Eingangsbereich könnte gepflegter sein, lag Müll herum. Vor der gläsernen, rückwärtigen Eingangstür zahlreiche Kippen. Hier wäre ein Ascher angebracht. Der Straßenlärm hat mich unangenehm überrascht. Ging von morgens früh bis spät nachts, d.h. Zulieferer, Durchgangsverkehr, lautstarke Gruppen sowie betrunkene, torkelnde Paare auf dem Heimweg. Trotz der Bodenschwellen wurde teilweise entlang gerast, auch mit dröhnenden Motorrädern. Hätte in Kühlungsborn ein gepflegteres Publikum erwartet. Aber dafür können die Vermieter der FW nichts. Diese haben ihr Objekt wirklich umsichtig und liebevoll gestaltet.
