We loved the location, close to restaurants, bikes, stores, really anything you may need. It was clean, and had everything we needed. ( I wish it had a small entry rug) Loved a garage and could store the bikes for our entire stay without a squeeze! Communication with our host was very easy, and all of our needs were addressed right away. The bed was comfortable We didnt need air condititonering but I would definitely want it if it was hot.Would definitely return again in the fall.Thank you for a great stay

Thanks for the wonderful review! So glad you loved the location, the clean space, and having the garage to store the bikes. Glad communication was easy and the bed was comfortable too. Thanks for the notes on the entry rug and AC; good to keep in mind. Hope to host you again this fall! Extraordinary Stays

We loved this sweet beach house on the board walk. Clean and comfortable. Fab kitchen with nice appliances. There's nothing like waking up and sitting out on the porch with coffee and the ocean in front of you. One extra bonus for tall people, one of us is 6' 4" and the shower head more than accommodated for his height. Those who know, know. Can't wait to stay here again.

On the good side: The inside was spotless and very comfortable - nice bath, beds, kitchen! And the communications with the host were great. Location can't be beat! One the wish it was a little better side (now we paid a lot for the place, due to demand I guess - normal rates, I'd be less picky I think): The pictures gave the impression the front windows opened - they did not. It was hot while we were there. We couldn't check in til 3:30 which was a bummer. The porch furniture was dated and the beach chairs had trash leftover from previous guests which was gross. All in all, very good and we'd stay there again.

We're so happy to hear the inside was spotless and comfortable, from the bath to the beds to the kitchen, and that communication and the unbeatable location made your stay a great one. Thanks also for the honest notes on the porch furniture and beach chairs — we've taken care of it and appreciate you helping us keep things top-notch for future guests. So glad you had a good time overall, and we can't wait to host you again! -Vacation Rentals by Aaron
