This house is so beautiful and the view is outstanding. My daughter loved the pool. We enjoyed shorter time here than last time but it was still amazing and nice to have quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our time there and the owners and manager were responsive to any need or issue every stay we’ve had there. They respond and come to fix things that day which is really great. The house has so much space and we loved the time we had here. The bedrooms are comfortable and so clean and bathrooms as well! The little kitchenette and the extra tv came in handy downstairs for our teen and we had a wonderful family trip together. We had plenty of space and togetherness time. Next time we stay here I hope to make it to the beach and community path everyone was walking around the neighborhood when it wasn’t raining and it was such a spectacular view outside. Kitchen and dining room were marvelous and we enjoyed the meals we made there and had fun making muffin bread because they don’t have a muffin tin and my teen is obsessed with baking right now. We definitely will be back and look forward to our next stay here

Absolutely beautiful stay. Pool was amazing. The owner even came over to show us how to operate. Had all the amenities and more. Perfect for our stay while visiting many of the local Seattle attractions.

Great property

8 adults fit comfortably in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the views, the spacious shared areas and the pool. The manager was very responsive to messages. We loved our golf trip in the area!

Excellent stay

House was Hugh, clean, plenty of space. Cupboards labeled as were light switches to make identification so much easier. Host was responsive and simply awesome. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Will most certainly stay again.

Great Seattle Property with a view

We stayed at this great Federal Way Property with another family. The views were amazing. The house was well furnished. The Master Suite is superb. The teens enjoyed the pool table and indoor pool. Anna, the owner was super responsive. Highly recommend and if we are back in the Seattle area again we will look to rebook.

Friends reunion

We live nearby and needed extra beds when we couldn’t accommodate everyone in our home for a reunion. The house was very clean and comfortable for the four guys who ended up crashing there. Mr. Lee and Anna were very helpful walking us through upon check in and were very responsive via text whenever we had questions. We would definitely rent it again if we ever need extra space for guests again.

Beautiful Home!

Gorgeous home! Well maintained. Owners are extremely prompt in communicating. The ONLY thing I could say is that I wish there was outdoor furniture on the balcony where several people can sit comfortably and enjoy the spectacular view. There is one table with 4 metal stools. Not meant for relaxing. But that does not detract from the house at all!

We adore this house it was so beautiful and appointed well. We throughly enjoyed the oool and the heated aspect is just great. We loved the view in the quiet calm neighborhood and spent more of our time out on the balcony watching the water and looking for boats and ships. It’s great home with many appointed things and everything is listed on cupboards and cabinets and doors. There’s rules but I think that’s helpful to know as many VRBO don’t have that and it shows in the wear and tear. We really like the yard outside the pool and enjoyed walking around the home. There is one tv in living room my daughter basically took over and a pool table in the bar are of the huge living room. Its kitchen was great for cooking and chatting and talking to people in the connecting rooms. The only thing I’d recommend is bring your own pool and beach towels we didn’t find them and we had to use extra bathroom towels for the pool. We never made it to the community beach because of the smoke/air quality during second half of our stay. Just got more pool time then and got our groceries, restaurant food, and errands delivered which was convenient. I’d also suggest if light is an issue you bring an eye mask as the windows all capture the amazing views and have great blinds but light seeps through on the sides. Also master shower you turn the top to cold and the bottom to hot to get hot water it took us two showers to figure that out. We will be back as return guests many times in future! Wonderful

Amazing Beautiful Home

First of all, I want to thank our wonderful host! Anna was very communicative, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable. Truly GOD sent! The home! Such a beautiful inside and out home. Very clean and organized. We had a big family and everyone kept raving and complimenting the home. The view is spectacular and to die for. Waking up surrounded by the views of water is something everyone should experience. My family and I made many great memories here and will forever be in our hearts. I would definitely book this property again and again. This home was perfect to entertain a big family. Indoor pool, games, big kitchen and living area. Lots of sleeping areas and bathroom! We are so happy we had the opportunity to find this gem. Thank you again Anna!

Even Better Than Expected

It's the rare property that is BETTER in reality than it even looks in the listing. This property was 5 Star in every way. Clean. Well appointed. Fantastic open lay-out for a family vacation with large balcony and patio area. Our host made everything convenient and was a joy to work with.

Wonderful Stay July 2022

We rented the house for a family reunion, for a week. We found the house to be spacious, luxurious and immaculate. I should also add that the host was gracious and the sunsets over the sound were spectacular. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent the house again.

Incredible view of sunsets

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything is top notch. Wonderful view from the balcony and living room. We played billiards, swam in the pool, cooked meals, and used the great location to get to all of our activities. Anna gave us a detailed walk through orientation and made herself readily available if we had any questions. At the same time, she left us alone. While not inexpensive, it was worth every penny and I highly recommend this property.

Perfect spot to relax for the weekend

This was the PERFECT place for two families to hang out and relax. The house is arranged perfectly for 8 of us to sleep comfortably. The neighborhood is beautiful. Anna was very responsive and helpful. We loved the pool table and the pool. It was amazing to be so close to Seattle but feel like we really got away.
