Great location, the condo was immaculate. Our host was great also. Unfortunately the pool was closed for our last day, but other than that everything was primo! Also the Tommy Bahama restaurant up the street had amazing food.

Wonderful stay

Really enjoyed this beautiful, clean and well appointed condo. Property manager was ultra responsive and the location was wonderfully close to lots of fun restaurants, shops, etc.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The pool/beach access was great, as well as it being in good driving proximity to other beautiful beaches. We LOVED the lanai (deck) and enjoyed some great BBQ dinners and conversation there! Clean place and well stocked! 10/10 would recommend and would want to come back :)

Fantastic Stay!

The Kolea condo was truly incredible. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed and we travel quite a bit. Very spacious which made for a comfortable experience. Grilling on the lanai was a great dinner experience. Proximity to A Bay beach was great, especially with a toddler. We definitely plan on coming back!

Our family had a wonderful and memorable stay at Kolea Waikoloa. The condo was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only minor issue we experienced was during the last two days of our stay. The condo became quite warm in the late afternoon and evening, reaching approximately 85F. Although the thermostat was set to 72F, the air conditioning took some time to cool the unit back down. Since we were out most of the day, it wasn’t a major inconvenience, and opening the windows in the evening allowed the trade winds to help cool things down.Overall, this was a small issue in an otherwise outstanding stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kolea Waikoloa and would gladly stay here again. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Kolea is a beautiful property within walking distance to A-Bay. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice partial view of the bay from the lanai. Adriana with LUVA was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions. I would highly recommend this condo and plan to return again in the near future.

Beautiful place close to all of the shops

My wife and I were looking for a quick get away from the snow and cold. This fit the bill! Clean, well appointed condo close to all of the shops at Waikoloa. Close to the beach as well. Adriana was very responsive to our needs and was very helpful

We love these condos. We’ve stayed in a similar one previously and loved it then as well. It’s perfect. Great lanai !!! Great pool and beach. Walk to shops. All around great!!!

Perfect spot with a short walk to everything
