Very clean and organized condo. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was very relaxing. The only misleading part was it was a condo on the lower level and people were noisy upstairs. Other than that I would stay again and recommend my family to stay at the property.

Great place!

Loved our stay! Property is just as presented. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Soaking in the hot tub was a perfect end to our day of hiking before slipping into the super comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

Getaway to Rocky Mountain National Park

A terrific getaway to the beauty of the National Park. This condo was a great location: close to the park and close to town. We enjoyed the comfort along with the peace and quiet. Our only regret was not scheduling more time to simply relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Great Condo

Overall it was a wonderful experience! My only minor complaints were that the listing didn't show that you either have upstairs or downstairs neighbors (if I had known I would have asked for the upper level instead) and out hot tub had a tree blocking some of our view but my partner appreciated the privacy it afforded so no harm no foul but it was slightly misleading compared to the pictures on the listing. Everything else was great though.

Great getaway

We had a great stay. The condo was nice. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was a nice size. Large windows in the living room and kitchen give a great view of the mountains and sunrise. Two ladies were traveling alone, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood and inside the condo. I second the other comments about the exterior steps being a little treacherous. I communicated with the host while there and felt confident in her response. I would definitely stay here again.

Our kids loved the hot tub and pool.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The view was great and the beds were comfortable. We had no problem finding it and the location was good. Not too far from the main Estes Park attractions and shopping/restaurants. Our favorite parts were the heated pool and hot tub. The pool area could use some extra TLC. The door to get in was broken so we just reached over and unlocked it from the inside and the fire pit only would light for a second and then go out. The pool was a bit dirty and I'm not sure if it was the filtering system not working correctly or if just needed a good cleaning. I personally scooped out bugs and debris with the net provided. But the condo was in good shape. The washer and dryer were nice to have. I wish there was a bigger strainer for making larger pasta meals.

Location was great, but….

There is a lot to like about this condo: The location and the views are fantastic! It was nicely decorated, but some of the woodwork was ready for refurbishment. Overall the interior was clean and functional except the 2nd bathroom has no useful counter space. The kitchen had lots of counterspace and was open to the living and dining areas, but the coffee maker was cheap, and I had to tinker with it to make my coffee to the strength that I like. The private hot tub on the deck was a nice feature too. Unfortunately, upon arrival we got off on the wrong foot. We had a VERY DIFFICULT time finding the unit. Due to travel delays, we arrived just before it was dark, and found very little exterior lighting (which I can appreciate for stargazing), the unit numbers were not illuminated and there is no directional signage to help find the unit. I felt like I was snooping around in the dark just to figure out each unit numbers. The walkway was up to the unit was made of loose uneven stones on a slope, that anyone with mobility issues may struggle with. Once inside, we found that 7 light bulbs were out, and the sheets for the sofa bed were not in the unit. Due to our late arrival time, the property manager would not bring sheets until the next morning. Otherwise, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain NP were great, and we look forward to going back soon, but we will look for a different place to stay.

We had an AMAZING stay here! The property was clean, comfortable, and in such a pretty spot! Very accessible to downtown Estes Park, and super close to the Beaver Meadows RMNP entrance. Communication and check in was very easy.

Everything was very nice, great location, surprised by the lack of people around. A few minor notes: would be nice to have a few more trash bags as well as towels in a closet if needed or something. The railing entering the building has become detached, and a few pieces of the wood railing are becoming damaged. (These did not pose any immediate safety issue or bother our group at all just thought it would be worth mentioning, at least for the safety railing that goes to the second level for the other tenants. Had all necessities and everything worked as expected.

This was the perfect location to visit Rocky Mountains! Two bedrooms, two baths, stocked kitchen and a hot tub with a view! We were thrilled. Took only 20-30 min to get into Bear Lake Corridor. Downtown Estes Park also has great shops, and a great playground for kids! Lots to do if time change messes with your family. I would stay here again!
