This is the perfect house for my husband and me! So close to the entrance to the park and restaurants but in an extremely quiet neighborhood. After hiking we just wanted to rest at night and sit outside and look at the stars. The house was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen necessities. We loved our stay and the deer that visited each morning.
Cozy, clean cabin in a great location. Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed, the deck was the best spot to eat and watch wildlife. We saw multiple elk and deer.
We were a family of 6 and had a great stay at the cabin. Like other reviewers mentioned before, the approach road is kind of a downer. Other than that, the nonstick pots & pans were largely unusable on account of being old/heavily scraped when we got there, but management was responsive and replaced them with a Ceramic set on our second day there.
We took our 4 grandsons. Ages 4 to 11. It was a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable for 6 people. The road to the house is steep. We saw a baby elk, and elk or deer everyday. We also saw a marmot.
Great place to stay. Quiet area but able to walk to downtown. The unpaved road and driveway were a bit of challenge to navigate at first. We had twin fawns and a mother elk visit us and stay in the yard all afternoon
This house had everything you could ask for and more. The views were amazing, very peaceful neighborhood with tons of wildlife around the property. The beds were extremely comfortable and the space was inviting and comfortable. Cannot recommend this home enough
Located just about a 10 minute walk from town. Driveway is dirt/gravel and quite steep. Everything was functional. Kitchen and bath could use some updating, but it is a cabin :)
The RVBO had a very nice treed lot above Estes Park. It's a quiet area with good mountains views.
The property and home was well cared for and stocked perfectly with many amenities for quest.
The only ding would be not being informed about the steep and slightly ungraded road leading to the house. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Road into property definitely needs some attention
Had a wonderful visit. Nice deck and we had a family of deer who visited everyday. The last section of road is not paved. Pretty bumpy so be prepared. The 9-year old liked it😂 try out the Barrel for some cold beer and eat from a food truck. The pizza truck was there the night we visited. It’s very near the cabin.
We have visited Estes and RMNP numerous times and it never disappoints!
Perfect place for us, we will be back in the near future. One little thing, something about the water causes a whistling sound. Turn on water and it stops, turn it off and it starts again. Nothing that bothered us but it might bother other folks will recommend to my friends.
Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well stocked with china, glassware and utensils. Lower level TV did not have a remote. There was a gas fireplace with 2 remotes that didn’t work and no instructions. The last 50 yards of road is gravel and very steep. Hard to climb even with 4-wheel drive.
