The modern and spacious apartment is about 90 m² in size. The separate bedroom has a double bed, a second room is furnished with a double bed. The large living room with comfortable seating and a large flat screen, invites you to linger. Enjoy the magnificent views of the old Sassnitz and the Baltic Sea, which you can act from verglassten balcony on itself. Also, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a terrace with garden furniture. 1x linen package per person (bed linen, bath towel, small towel) is provided and is included in the total. The car parking space is in front of the house. On request, we provide a children's bed, cribs and a highchair for an additional charge of € 10 each.
Located in the historic old town apartment is located on the upper floor of the Villa Johanna. Only a few steps lead to the beach promenade and the city harbor. Various shops and restaurants are nearby, the property.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Stiller Blick auf das Meer
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Apartment 1 verbracht. Den Ausblick auf das Meer konnten wir ebenso genießen wie das tägliche Flanieren auf der Promenade sowie in der "Altstadt" von Sassnitz. Touren außerhalb von Sassnitz vor allem in das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet sind wunderschön. Die ruhige Lage und die Stille am Fenster mit Blick auf das Meer ein Genuß.
Die FeWo ist schön gelegen und mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten eingerichtet. Hinsichtlich des Ausstattungsstandards könnte eventuell das Schlafsofa in den Fokus rücken als auch die Gebrauchsgegenstände mit Verschleiss in der Küche. Die Grundausstattung könnte bei diesem Preisklasse nicht knapp bemessen, sondern bestenfalls inklusive sein. Das würde m.E. nach das Erholungsgefühl erheblich steigern. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gern wieder in der Villa Johanna gastieren, um dann auch mal den Garten zu erobern.

Guter Ausgangspunkt
Grosszügiger Wohnraum. Grosse Fensterfront. Bei Sonne wird die Wohnung sehr warm.
Die Wasserhähne (überall) könnten entkalkt werden, damit die Wassertemperatur besser eingestellt werden kann.
Im Bad wäre mehr Abstell- und Trockenmöglichkeit kein Luxus.

Urlaub auf Rügen
Das Appartement war sehr sauber und wir haben es praktisch genauso angetroffen wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Nur das Elternschlafzimmer ist mittlerweile mit einem Boxspringbett und einen Schrank neu möbliert worden. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit herrlichem Blick auf die Ostsee. In fußläufiger Entfernung befinden sich eine Bäckerei, mehrere Restaurants, ein Fahrradverleih und auch ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Drei hauseigene Parkplatzes gibt es direkt vor der Eingangstür und auch seine Fahrräder kann man unter dem Vorbau beim Keller gut unterstellen. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, war eine Spülmaschine. Ansonsten können wir das Appartement zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
