Wonderful second stay

This was our second summer renting this condo. This space nicely accommodates a family of 4, with easy access to both the beach and pool. Many conveniences of home are provided such as kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils etc., towels, blankets and pillows. Property manager is responsive to questions.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay started with Hurricane Dorian and we were evacuated for a day - Stacy was so helpful communicating with us the whole time, checking the roads so that we could come back and enjoy our vacation. The rest of the trip was great - the condo was clean and spacious and the beach is beautiful!

Great condo!

This was a great condo, very clean, and well-maintained. We loved how close the property was to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs, etc. available to use in the storage locker, and the balcony overlooking the pool was perfect to relax. Our kids loved the air hockey and pool table. We would stay here again if we come back to Sandbridge.

Perfect beach family vacation!

We are a family of four. This unit is perfect for a family vacation! We found the condo clean, easy to find, well equipped and bright! The bunk beds were perfect for our children 6 and 3yrs old. The beach is awesome and we definitely appreciated the pools in the afternoons. Also, having the Beach Bar was a savior for quick lunches. The list of things to do in the Virginia beach area is endless. We will definitely be back for future vacations!

Amazing Condo with Pool view

It was clean and quaint. We could sit on the porch at night after long days on the beach and watch the kids swim in the pool. The Cabana bar staff was awesome and made great cocktails. Stacey, the owner, was great to work with and highly responsive. Of all the Sanbridge vacations we have had, this one is at the top! Thanks, Stacey and Jerry!!!!

Wonderful time

Our family had a wonderful time at the condo our hosts were great and the extras could not have been more thoughtful. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked for our stay. We were really impressed by the beach gear that was available for us. From the chairs to the towels and umbrella and the carts to move everything down to the ocean. A small pool table to keep us busy on that rainy day. All of this and more, I would not hesitate to book this condo again the next time we are in Sandbridge.

Sandbridge condos

The condo and facility were great. The only problem that I had was the air conditioning cannot keep up with the outside heat. It would be cool in the morning, but warm up rather quickly to 76-78 degrees by late afternoon. They did have someone come out to look at it quickly, but he just changed a filter. I think that there is more of a problem. It was still well worth the stay.

August 2021 Vacation

The condo we stayed in was perfect. The owners Jerry and Stacy made our experience seamless. Easy check in and out. Unit was supplied and clean. My only concerns were the broken elevators and general cleanliness of the over all property. The association needs to pay closer attention to detail when cleaning. Building needs a power wash to remove insects and spiderwebs. Left much to be desired. Again our condo was excellent and met all of our needs. Thank you!!

Great vacation!

Had a wonderful week…just me and my 2 teen sons. Condo was exactly as described. Beach equipment was fully stocked as well as the condo. It was nice how they had a little bit of stuff (i.e. paper towels, trash bags, detergent, etc to get you started). Had fun playing pool although when we arrived there was one missing ball. We just took out a ball when playing to make it even. No big deal though, but fyi to the owners if they were not aware. The one main pool was closed all week until Friday afternoon so we didn’t get to use it, but that is not the owners fault…plus they at least had the small pool open so we used that. Easy access on and off beach. Only thing was not much to eat or do around the condo, but that I knew going into it when I booked. Even though we had to drive further out it didn’t bother me much. If I ever stayed in this area again I would stay here. :)

Great quiet resort on the beach!

My husband and I, with our 5 kids stayed in this condo July 2018. Its fully stocked with kitchen needs and roomy enough for all of us. The beach locker is great to keep sand in the room at a minimum, and its a short walk to the beach. The 2nd bedroom has a full over twin bunk + pull out twin, so 4 kids fit in there fine. There is a roomy closet in there as well. Our teenager slept on the giant couch and loved it. One thing Id mention as a first timer is its a bit confusing to get around the resort and garage. Once we found the parking spot, and got to the room, we wandered around to find a way to the beach. Lucklily everyone is really nice to direct us, but there is not a direct way to get to the beach from the room. You have to go out the garage and walk down the street to get to the beach, or through the pool area and down stairs to get to the other pool/bar area. Just a tip if its your 1st time because it took us a few days to figure out. The Baja across the street is great, there is a Food Lion 10 mins away. There is some stuff in the beach locker, but be sure to bring a new umbrella as the one in there was small. All in all a great beach vacation!

Great condo for a family of 4. Plenty of room to spread out for meals, both bathrooms were clean and spacious. Condo feels very new and updated including appliances, furniture, cookwear and electronics. Everything worked as described and was in good condition, nothing broken or in any sort of disrepair.Beach was perfect, quiet, open space to set up everything for our family, pools in the complex were cleaned daily. Nothing to do in Sandbridge very low key which is what we wanted and Virginia Beach was only a 20 minute drive if the kids wanted any more excitement.Only minor complaint is the parking. The garage is so incredibly tight, 4-5 point turns to get into designated spots. Other inconsiderate guest leaving cargo hitch racks on their vehicles made the parking even tighter, or they stack their beach supplies in front of vehicle so they don’t fully pull into the spot. To be clear we have a full size truck so that added to the tight maneuvering but many people vacation with large trucks and SUV’s. This is not a reflection on the quality of the stay or the condo, more so for the condo complex property management to enforce proper storage and parking.

Week at the Beach

Needed a second property for our group, so booked this unit. The unit is well furnished ( better than the other house) and comfortable. Access to the beach was easy and having covered parking was a plus.
