Julie, the owner, was fantastic. On the first day I locked myself out of our condo after hours and she made herself available to get us back in.The condo was very clean, I didn't see a single bug, and the furnishings were more modern than most beach condos we see. Great location and beautiful beach.

Beautiful condo in a fantastic resort! Amazing beach and pools, the view cannot be beat; we enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning from the balcony. We will most definitely stay here on our next visit to Destin.

We had a great stay at Pelican Beach. Julie was extremely nice and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. When we arrived, the condo was clean and absolutely beautiful. The location directly on the beach was great as well. The tiki bar and cafe were really nice, convenient and had really good food. If you intend to rent beach chairs (and I would), I would recommend renting them when you book your trip, as they fill up fast. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to rent from Julie again.

We were overwhelmed at how beautiful the condo is and the amazing view. Tho that pales in comparison to how beyond stocked with every & anything we could possibly need supplied in the unit for us. We enjoyed a few nights in & cooking breakfast before we headed out to the beach. We highly recommend staying here… we will definitely be back!

Loved my stay here. I work remotely and worked while I was here. It was a great set up. Beautiful views from the balcony. Enjoyed seeing dolphins! The condo had everything I needed.
