Nice apartment on top location in residential building

We were really happy with the apartment. It has everything you need, with even a complete kitchen (2 stoves, combi oven/microwave). The bed is firm and the apartment was spotless. I would really recommend it.

Die Anzeige war weitaus unter dem was wir erlebt haben beschrieben. Ein ganze liebe Dame kam pünktlich um die Ecke, als wir ankamen, zeigte uns alles, erzählte uns ein wenig über die Stadt und was man erleben kann. Die Wohnung war super sauber, besser geht nicht und der Ausblick war fantastisch, auch bei der Abreise lief alles ohne Probleme, ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. 6 von 5 möglichen Punkten.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, la propriétaire est très flexible sur les horaires. L appartement est idéalement situé pour découvrir cette si belle région. Il a une belle vue sur les montagnes et est d une propreté impeccable, très confortable, idéal pour se reposer et reprendre des forces. Nous avons adoré ce séjour. Toller Urlaub in Garmisch

Die Fewo ist eine teilsanierte Altbauwohnung in ruhiger Lage in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Hinter dem Garten rauscht ein Bach vorbei - schön zu lauschen auf dem Balkon. Zum Schlafen das Fenster schließen und es ist ruhig. Es ist alles da, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Und alle Geräte funktionieren so, wie sie sollen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. (Hinweis: die Agentur (FeWo direkt) kann ich nicht bewerten (Pflichtfeld), da es damit keine Kommunikation gab. War nicht erforderlich, da alles mit der Besitzerin gut geklappt hat.)

Super Urlaub in Garmisch

Alles super 😊 Die Wohnung ist in einer perfekten Lage, kaum 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum und super gemütlich mit einem schönen Balkon mit Bergblick. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Frau Krieg ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, sie hat bis 22:45 auf uns gewartet und immer weiter geholfen.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentrumsnah, was ohne Auto von Vorteil ist. Den Supermarkt und Discounter erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Meine Tochter wurde auch herzlichst in Empfang genommen und hat direkt ein paar Kinderbücher bekommen, worüber sie sich sehr gefreut hat. Zur Erholung für zwei sehr gut geeignet. Leider gab es mit der Küche ein paar Schwierigkeiten (nur kleine Messer und kleine Bretter) und der Kühlschrank hat nicht seine Leistung erbracht, aber damit sind wir zurecht gekommen. Bei der Uhrzeit am Abreisetag gab es ebenfalls ein paar Unklarheiten, da im Internet eine andere Uhrzeit angegeben war, als uns dann gesagt wurde - nach Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin konnten man aber alles klären. Desweiteren waren zwei Tage leider Bauarbeiten überhalb der Ferienwohnung (ohne Vorankündigung), welche bereits vor acht Uhr los gingen - so laut, dass man sich nicht mehr Unterhalten konnte und die Ferienwohnung verlassen musste - nach Rücksprache mit einem der Handwerker wurde ich dann informiert, dass das jetzt ein paar Wochen so geht. Dahingehend gab es aber auch eine Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin und man konnte sich vernünftig Einigen. Im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert, wir haben wohl einfach den falschen Zeitpunkt erwischt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und nette Gastgeberin

War alles super. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles wichtige an Utensilien vorhanden. Vom Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub verbringen können.

Klein, aber fein!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Das Ortszentrum von Garmisch ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Drogerie usw. sind gleich um die Ecke. Kleine Wanderungen kann man direkt von der Wohnung aus starten. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles, was man für einen (einwöchigen) Aufenthalt braucht. Töpfe, Pfannen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine usw. sind vorhanden. Einen schönen Ausblick auf das Bergmassiv vom Balkon gibt‘s noch dazu. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Tolle Wohnung, nette Gastgeberin, super Lage

Ich kann diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen: Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; die Wohnung hat einen traumhaften Ausblick in die Berge; die Garmischer Fußgängerzone und ein Einkaufszentrug sind sehr nah und der Bahnhof ist fußläufig zu erreichen; die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht, inklusive gut ausgestatteter Küche.

Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Bilder geben die Wohnung genauso wieder!!! Sie liegt zentral und von hier kann man vieles zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto, dem Bus oder der Seilbahn erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
