Welcome to your next vacation stay! Newly remodeled beautiful modern smart home with an amazing back yard with an pool and hot tub on a quiet friendly cul-de-sac near grocery stores, restaurants and parks.

Only a 5 min ride to famous "Old Town" - Scottsdale nightlife, Spring Training, Golf Resorts, Camelback Mountain & Outdoor Parks. Home has 7 beds to sleep 10. Beautiful Resort style back yard with Pebble Tech Baja step pool, Hot tub, bbq island with mini fridge. Finished garage turned game room. Huge Patio to sit back and relax with a drink or play corn hole in the turf area.

Heated Pool available upon request. 50.00 per day additional charge for entire stay.

Spring Training Trip

We had a great time at this house, owners were very clear about property expectations and instructions. Pool was heated to a great temperature and the house was perfect for a spring training guys trip. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Backyard Oasis, central location

Cute house with a lovely backyard that kept us entertained and relaxed. Pool was big enough for play, nice hot tub. Kitchen was stocked and had enough paper towels and TP for our 5 day stay. Also appreciated pump hand soap and available soap and in the showers. The neighborhood was mixed with older and renovated homes, but it was very quiet. Close to Papago Park and Old Town Scottsdale. Recommend DeFalco’s Italian Eatery. Would stay again!

Great Scottsdale Location - Lovely House

So much attention to detail. Thank you for this lovely stay. Easy to get to Zoo/Botanical Gardens/Musical Instrument Museum and so much more. Quiet location. House is well stocked. Highly recommend. Fabulous hosts.

From the moment we arrived and opened the door to the time we left everything was wonderful. We had asked the management company to heat the pool for us and it was perfect. When we arrived. The kitchen was beautiful. Had everything in it that we needed appliances were brand new. We loved the gas stove. The bedrooms were gorgeous. We were there for a wedding my son and his two kids each had their own beds. I had a gorgeous master suite with a en suite bathroom, which had a large television, the kids love the pool and couldn’t wait to get in it when we arrived on that Thursday brand new washer and dryer and the kids love the game room in the garage. We were very close to the other families in the neighborhood that were staying for the wedding as well everything was super close by the grocery store was five minutes away. We were very close to where the wedding was. Scottsdale was very close all in all. It was a wonderful house and beautifully decorated and very comfortable for me and my family.

Great Home & Great Hosts!

My family of 3 loved our stay. The home was in a nice, quiet location with easy access to all the spots we wanted to visit. The backyard was the highlight for my son. We enjoyed lots of time outside enjoying the pool, hot tub, grill and playing cards together. Inside we had everything we needed in terms of space and supplies. It is really the little things that make a difference when traveling. I appreciated the hanger supply to organize our clothes, ample supply of towels (great quality too!), availability of extra paper towels and toilet paper and detergent/soap. On top of this, the home was VERY clean. The hosts were extremely responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Cool pool

The house and pool are just what you see in the photos. Very cool. Very clean house and private yard. Comfortable beds, strong wifi, cool AC and good water pressure in the showers. Very close to two major grocery stores, Old Town Scottsdale and nice restaurants.

Spring Training 2022

I stayed here for my buddy's bachelor party. We had 7 people and there was a bed for everyone. The house was spacious, clean and modern. Great backyard. BBQ was perfect for cooking up steaks. There is cornhole and a Foosball table for downtime. Short 5 min uber to downtown Scottsdale and 10-12 min uber to Salt River Fields. Easy 20-30 min uber to the Phoenix Airport. I would recommend this house to family/friends!

Well stocked clean house.

We enjoyed this house. The owners were very responsive and helpful. It was very clean and everything was in good condition. They thought of everything we could possibly need and had it stocked in the home with plenty of bedding and linens. Very nice appliances and the back yard is spacious. The water pressure in the showers was a little disappointing. The location is great but gave one less star for the neighborhood because the neighbors cars were always parked in the street in front of the house. Overall, a great VRBO experience!

Thank you Timber for the kind words and again for your stay. Usually the street is pretty open but it being the holiday season that you stayed our neighbors had family in town.. Sorry bout that and the water pressure in showers seemed to work fine a few weeks back when I was there. Overall we hope you enjoyed our home and had safe travels home.
