Indoor dining and a concrete patio with reclining chairs, small tables, and a Weber charcoal grill (charcoal & lighter fluid provided) make meals easy, inside or out. Relax in the living room with smart TV and satellite/cable, stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning/heating, and take care of laundry with the in-unit washer and dryer.

Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and basic toiletries, and bedrooms are simple and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and the patio provides a casual outdoor spot for coffee or evening drinks.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Very simple. Please use the laundry room & supplied detergent to wash the towels you use, & get them into the dryer. The washer only takes a half hour & then just put the towels in the dryer please.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You will be staying in someone's home, please treat it with care and respect. • Washer and dryer provided please wash towels used before leaving

• AC turned off when going out. Windows/doors closed when AC is on. AC kept at min of 72. No using garage tools etc. No charging EV vehicles.

• Please roll trash bins in garage out at curb by Wednesday evening for Thursday am pick-up. Bring bins in Thursday evening after pick-up.

My husband and 2 adult children enjoyed the spacious home with all the amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and the location was very convenient, close to the grocery store and Oceanside pier. We came for my nephew’s wedding, which was only 12 minutes away, and really enjoyed being in this very comfortable and roomy home. Peter was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying in this lovely home!

Ann and her group left the house in wonderful condition—clean, organized, and very respectful of the property. My only note for future hosts is that communication was strictly one-way once entry credentials were provided, as she did not respond to mid-stay check-ins. Otherwise, a very tidy and quiet guest. Would definitely host again.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is about 10 minutes from Buccaneer Beach where we spent a few hours. It is near many fast food establishments and grocery stores.The host was communicative and clear in the check-in process. The house amenities exceeded expectations - clean, spacious, well cared for.I definitely would recommend this place! Our family created beautiful memories here

Very clean! Spacious! comfy beds, nice kitchen, perfect for our family of 5 with 3 "teen" boys. Close to visit Pendleton avoiding the busy highway :) Will definitely stay here again!!!

This house was squeaky clean and well stocked with everything we could need. Plant of room for 8 people to spread out. We loved that there was plenty of seating in the living room for us all to hang out. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We were near the beach, fun little shops and great places to eat. Our check in and Che k out instructions were clear and our host messaged to check in on us a few times to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!
