Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the waterfront location and the opportunity to spend time together as a family enjoying the outdoors. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. Our house handbook clearly explains that laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and additional trash bags are not provided, which is why we encourage guests to review the handbook before their stay. Our check-in instructions also explain when and how the access code will be provided. Unfortunately, the guests initially went to the wrong house, which contributed more confusion at check-in, again why reviewing handbook is important. We were happy to assist and provide the information needed to access the property promptly. Regarding the spiders, our home is located on the water, surrounded by woods and nature. In this environment, insects and spiders are a natural part of the outdoor setting, and while we make efforts to manage pests inside the home, it is not possible to eliminate them entirely from the exterior. We understand that every guest has different expectations, and we genuinely take pride in providing a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We want our guests to be happy, and we believe that carefully reviewing the house handbook before arrival helps ensure expectations are clear and the stay runs smoothly, without unnecessary surprises.
