Welcome to Davis Islands! Our modern-styled studio is the perfect getaway for couples or solo travelers. *PLEASE NOTE: The studio is attached to the hosts' home, but guests will have their own entrance/exit.*

LOCATION: Davis Islands, nestled right off of downtown Tampa, is just a short walk from the surrounding bay and the Davis Islands Village which includes a variety of restaurants and bars. The studio is right down the street from Tampa General Hospital, and a little over a mile from Amalie Arena, the convention center, and The Florida Aquarium. Tampa International Airport and Raymond James stadium is about 15 minutes away. Our beautiful neighborhood is safe and quiet—perfect for walks/bike rides with bikes for rent and a trail right down the street.

AMENITIES: Cable/WiFi, a standalone A/C unit, a kitchenette (includes mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, & espresso/latte machine--no freezer), & a luxurious Calacatta Gold bathroom with a "16 rainfall showerhead. We provide fresh towels, linens, & some essential toiletries. People of all backgrounds are welcome!

Great Location in Tampa

This propertyis centrally located near downtown Tampa and Tampa General Hospital, on Davis Island. The property is perfect for a short term stay (4 days in our case) and the hosts are very nice and accomodating. We woud stay here sgain!

Quiet safe spot

Owner was available when needed; location was easily accessible to anywhere in the Tampa area. Lovely village centre a couple blocks away with a number of restaraunts, ice cream and a great coffee place.

Nice and quiet island accommodation

Clean and comfortable studio - bed, sofa, shower all great. Peaceful inside and outside areas with graceful host family. Awesome Davis Islands location, walking distance to all you need !

Special place with amenities

This was one of my favorite rentals. Everything was exactly as pictured, only the finishes are nicer than you’d expect. The multitude of conveniences were impressive. Chilled water bottles in the fridge, nespresso coffee - with to-go cups in addition to other tableware if case you are on the move. Hair dryer? Curling iron? full size (good quality) shampoo/conditioner/body wash? Makeup remover wipes? Check, check, check, check. There was a cute seating area on the patio, a tv that was enormous, and one of the largest dual-head rain showers I’ve seen in a long time. Super easy to reach the hosts. I’ll be back!

This property is located in the heart of Tampa, a quiet neighborhood tucked away next to Downtown. Our family-friendly neighborhood is very safe and close to some of the best restaurants and nightlife in South Tampa. The suite is just a couple blocks away from the scenic views of the surrounding bay, and a short walk from the Davis Islands Village, which has a variety of restaurants to choose from along with the best coffee shop in Tampa. We're about 15 minutes from the airport and Raymond James Stadium, about 1.5 miles from The Amalie Arena, the Florida Aquarium, and Ybor City, about 2 minutes from Tampa General Hospital, and about 10 minutes from the must-see Hyde Park Village.
