Nice apartment - great location and perfect view - lots of steps to get to the apartment so not for those with mobility issues - a few areas need some maintenance- No Aircon so could be very hot in the summer months

Ein schöner Ausblick

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man kann dort eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Wir waren im Februar in der Wohnung zu Gast, also in der Nebensaison. Da die Wohnung allerdings zentral in Carvoeiro liegt, ist es in der Hauptsaison sicherlich auch deutlich lauter aufgrund der Restaurants und Kneipen, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind.

Atemberaubende Ausblicke

Die Wohnung ist über viele Stufen zu erreichen und liegt ganz oben über der Bucht von carvoeiro. Es ist alles da, was man für einen genussvollen Urlaub braucht. Abends sind die wunderbaren Sonnenuntergänge das Highlight! Der kaminofen brennt hervorragend und macht die kühlen Abende im Januar/Februar gemütlich.

Very clean nice place. Absolutely lovely views and great location. The owners were very quick to reply to any communication. Lots of steps to reach the apartment but a great reward in the stunning views once there.

Einfach nur ein Traum

Die Wohnung ist schon auf den Bildern toll, toppt aber in Echt alles. Super schön eingerichtet und geräumig - mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt ... von Stoffservietten, Tischsets bis zu Kerzen ist alles da was man so braucht. Auch die Küche ist mit vielen Utensilien ausgestattet, sodass man richtig gut kochen kann. Es gibt auch genug Handtücher und Strandtücher. Das ist mit Abstand die schönste Wohnung in Carvoeiro. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Der Blick von der Terrasse atemberaubend und alles in ruhiger und gepflegter Lage. Ich kann die Wohnung nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen und ich werde sicher wieder kommen. Auch die Lage ist top an der Algarve, weil man gefühlt in der Mitte situiert ist und gut in alle Richtungen fahren kann. Die Eigentümer sind auch wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen - die Verwalterin ist leider nur schwer bis gar nicht zu erreichen. Hier noch eine Warnung an alle - wenn die Haustür ins Schloss fällt - zB wegen eines Windstoßes - und man ohne Schlüssel davor steht, wird es problematisch und teuer. Wäre die Verwalterin mit einem Ersatzschlüssel erreichbar, wäre das ja alles kein Problem ... aber so wurde daraus eine mehrstündige Prozedur mit einer teuren eingeschlagenen Scheibe. Leider scheint das vor mir schon einigen passiert zu sein. Wäre schön, hier eine Lösung zu finden.

La vivienda está situada como en el tercer piso, el acceso a la misma es x escaleras exteriores. Vistas a la playa desde los ventanales y terraza de la zona de estar. Zona de estacionamiento para el vehículo reservadaa para la vecindad, se puede aparecar en la puerta del edificio fácilmente.Situado en la zona de ambiente del pueblo, pero son muy respetuosos con la hora y a las 12 de la noche se termina las actividades. La casa es muy silenciosa, solo se escuchan las gaviotas desde el amanecer al anochecer. Estas suelen dejar huella en las zonas exteriores de la casa. La cocina aunque pequeña tiene todas las cosas necesarias y en general la vivienda cuenta los equipamientos, utensilio y menaje de cocina necesarios para poder disfrutar del periodo vacacional. Durante nuestra estancia, en una ocasión, aproximadamente a la mitad de la semana nos cambiaron las toallas y nos quitaron la basura del apartamento, sin previo aviso y sin nuestra autorización. Consideramos que es un detalle pero no consideramos oportuno que entraran al apartamento durante nuestra estancia, sin nuestra autorización y sin nuestra presencia. Durante nuestra estancia el tiempo no fue del todo bueno y no pudimos hacer uso de la terraza como esperábamos, viento y baja temperatura para la hora del desayuno. En general recomendable.

Appartement de rêve, decoration soigné à 5minutes de la plage, idéalement situé pour profiter de la magnifique plage ; la vue sur l'océan est magique! Et pas un nuage en 15 jours! Pas du tout calme le soir car nous n'avions pas anticipé la musique le soir sur la place de la plage jusqu'a 23h00-minuit que l'on apprécie ou pas ... Mais c'est les vacances! En tous cas, un grand merci aux proprietaires!
